They sent me the wrong shoes, I sent them back.... easy, right? Not. First of all they wait 72 hours to send you a return label. You then have to trek to a DHL drop off...bit cumbersome but ok.

The shoes I ordered were a ladies size 8, the ones I received were a men's size 13.5.

But worst of all, I did not get my refund. I sent the shoes back, but as they were not the shoes I had ordered, they demanded I sent back the shoes I had ordered...which I never got, so how can I send those back?!

So if they send the wrong order, and you return it, you will not get a refund until you send back the actual shoes you ordered (which you cannot do, as you never received them....riddle me that)

Avoid this company at all cost, their admin is a shambles and I am out of pocket with no way to get my money back due to a fault of theirs

(I will update and amend this review if they sort it out, but not feeling hopeful as their customer response takes 72 hours)

Tennis HQ are an excellent company with a great customer service team. I would definitely order from them again.

Refused to refund racket, despite me sending it back the very next day in perfect saleable condition! Why? Because I had taken plastic wrapping of handle, and bounced a ball on it. GOV. UK guidance on online sales:" You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason'. In my view, this company has little interest in establishing a customer base for the long term. Please avoid.
