I have mainly dealt with Aubrey who has always been fantastic and only ever so helpful. He can’t do enough to make sure everything happens on time and in an orderly way. He has a vast array of knowledge and offers very sound advice. Can highly recommend.

Securing our rental was such a seamless experience with Aubrey. After relocating from Australia, navigating the rental market was tough and I visited 10+ properties with agents who were unsure of referencing requirements and lacked professionalism. He was super clear and communicative.

The viewing was very professional and quickly arranged. Aubrey showed the place with care and answered all my questions. I appreciated him giving the extra time until the next day to submit the application, due to a concurrent viewing.
The process of renewing the rental contract was straightforward, easy and done in a matter of a week. Tennison was always responsive. They showed care, by leaving the certificates and instructions for the houseware, so that I could find spare parts on the market if something broke. They conducted the yearly checks of gas and alarms without any input from my side. They also quickly arranged and informed me of new fire-proof doors and detectors in the property, and a fast fix of a leaking sink.
I cannot but thank Tennison and Aubrey for the fantastic continuous assistance and cordiality throughout 3 years!
