Really Delicious Oat Bars
I have one every evening after my meal as a sweet healthy treat, they're so good, it's difficult not to have two! Would definitely recommend

I hadn’t been sleeping well so decided to try the Ten PM Hot Chocolate. Tastes great and I found it really worked. I’m currently trying the Chai Latte, love this too. Finally I fall asleep quickly and have a great nights sleep.

Night drink
Recently purchased the hot chocolate night drink. Very happy so far, quick and easy to prepare, nice touch with the tin and frother. Has made a nice change to the night time routine, always like a desert and hot drink and this meets both those needs, and a bonus without the caffeine!

Ten PM worked for me
Sceptical, proved wrong I am sleeping so well Just wish someone would tell the cat not to wake me up!

Does this product interact adversely with any prescribed medication such as blood pressure reduction or enlarged prostrate control meds . The reviews sound positive but nobody mentions if it’s safe to take if taking prescribed meds.

Pleasant Night Time Drink
I started taking this hot chocolate drink a few weeks ago as I have trouble sleeping and have found that it does help me to relax and drop off to sleep. It has a very pleasant taste and I look forward to drinking it each evening as part of my bedtime routine.

Love the Calm bars, they are very tasty and it's nice to think they're doing me some good. Ditto with the hot chocolate, and I'm pretty sure that it does help me sleep better.

Not Only is this drink delicious but it actually WORKS !! Stop drinking Hot Chocolate before you go to bed and SWAP that for this !! I Luv this Nigh-time Drink and I sleep so much Better now !!

Very tasty drink - I have mine with unsweetened almond milk and it is delicious. Definitely helps to relax and have a deeper longer sleep with less disturbances. Recommended!

I have been using TenPM for at least six months. Having a cup an hour before bed helps me to relax and I find I sleep deeper amd for longer than without it. Would recommend for anyone e that has trouble switching off and/or suffers from insomnia

TEN PM has changed how I sleep, I wish I'd found it years ago!!

As one of nature’s Night Owls, normally going to bed at 1am, I've been trying to get myself to bed and sleep earlier. Sadly, the aging process has highlighted that I just haven't the stamina and resilience to continue with my current way of about 5 or 6 hours sleep. Ten PM chocolate drink is the change in mindset and routine that I've needed. I love the taste (needed to try it twice to commit to it) and it really does create a comforting feeling. If I can't have Tom Hardy to get me to bed earlier, then without any doubt it will always be Ten PM.

Tastes really good and seems to help me switch off before bed. I've been sleeping better since using it, so I'll definitely be ordering again. The order was dispatched promptly, I was kept updated throughout, and it arrived really quickly.

I have recently tried their hot chocolate and as someone who has struggled with Insomnia for years, tried every tablet every remedy but nothing helped. I am a genuine customer and my review is honest. Initially i wasn't sure on the first sip but after a couple i was hooked, if you don't like your hot chocolate too sweet then give this a go, if you struggle with sleep give it a go i literally finish mine and shortly after i settle down and it has really helped me get off. I have now ordered the chai night time drink to try. But i highly recommend the hot chocolate drink.

Sleeping soundly!
For years I have struggled to get to sleep very quickly. However, since drinking Ten PM hot chocolate before bed each night has been little short of revolutionary! It has been a game changer and I now get to sleep much quicker and have a much deeper sleep.

My mother is coeliac and struggled to find a hot chocolate she could have, I sent this to her and have tried it and we enjoyed it, lovely taste and while it is expensive it’s a large bag that lasts

Life Changing
As a night shift worker, this drink has enabled me to achieve a good quality sleep for the first time in 7 years.
