Way too complex for home use.
Customer service doesn't exist - I have emailed them twice and they have never replied.
I have tried to understand how to use this machine but it's so complicated and the manual is also impossible to follow... Too many parameters to nagivate for a home-use product. I gave up and it's been sitting in a drawer and nobody is using it.

Easy process

TENS machine is fantastic
TENS machine is fantastic. I bought it for my piriformis muscle, and the relief was almost immediate. The pads stick well, the controls are intuitive, and it really helps dial down the discomfort. Very happy with this purchase!

Honestly this has saved me thousands of of dollars going to see physio, chiropractic and massage therapist, I control the speed and pressure I want and it has helped immensely with a fair amount of nerve pain. It hasn’t completely gone away but it does give me relief and relaxation whilst I’m using it. I have never known a product to be this reliable for how compact it is, I rave about this all the time. A friend lent me hers and I had no idea what a tems machine was and then when she lent it too me I was blown away at how good it works. So I ordered one. Best little buy I’ve made. 0 regrets.
