I rented a server with with A6000 GPU, 64 GB RAM and 500 GB disk. From the start on, the GPU was offline on Docker level. I sent many support queries, to no avail. Most of the time when I tried to start the server, it was not available. In times I managed to start it, the GPU was offline. So the credit I loaded slowly depleted itself as they charge for the disk space. Some guy once responded to the online chat saying he will personally check my case, but never came back. They basically drained all money I loaded without providing any service.

I am having trouble with my account and haven't received a response from support. I added $10 to my account, but after an invoice for $6 was processed, my account was blocked for 'insufficient funds.' I contacted support to ask why this happened, but I received no reply. I added another $10, and the exact same situation occurred again. Sorry...Go elsewhere

I spun up VMs on TensorDock and immediately got “VM is not accessible / SSH connection likely inaccessible.” There was no usable service — no SSH access, no ability to run anything — yet credits were deducted as if everything was working.

VM IDs: f566ca09-d219-4825-8b0a-1254894855a6 and 6895d843-a2d2-4f73-bf02-d0b545b4815f (total charged ~ $5.14).

I contacted support and provided details/screenshots, but the experience was extremely disappointing due to the lack of timely human follow-up. The AI agent acknowledged that inaccessible VMs should be eligible for compensation, but my case still wasn’t handled promptly.

If you’re considering this platform, be aware: billing can continue while the VM is inaccessible, and resolution may depend on support responsiveness that I did not get.

What a trash service! Waiting more than 90 minutes to activate the deployed server and still nothing. support is inexistent! Do not waste your money . What a joke ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Trying to remove my payment method and delete my TensorDock account was unnecessarily difficult. There’s no quick or clear way to do either, and the support team never responded to help resolve the issue. Overall, the lack of basic account-management options and the absence of support make this service impossible to recommend.

GPUs crash all the time, cannot restart the GPUs, I tried contacting their customer support, and they NEVER reply. Avoid at all costs

AVOID THAT SITE ! ITS NOT WORKING SUPPORT ARE NOT WORKING SO IF YOU ADD MONEY STILL WORKING BUT SERWERS AFTER 1-2 DAYS ARE DONE SWITCH OFF ETC SO YOUR MONEY IT WILL BE THERE STOCK WITHOUT SERWER !!! AVOID EXTREAMLY!

Easy setup, but unreliable VMs, which crash often. After stopping VMs, it is very likely that you will lose access to a GPU and you need to create a new VM from scratch.

AVOID THAT WEBSITE ITS SCAM !!!!! THEY ARE NOT WORKING ANYMORE!!!!!!!!! PEOPLE PLEASE KEEP YOUR MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found out the hard way, but I am not the only one. This company seems not to be operational anymore, you start up a server and are never able to connect to it. They take your money, but do not provide the service. Their support does not respond either.

Support dont anwser... very poor service, gpu deploy dont works. I have screenshots if you want from "support chat". DONT RECOMMEND

I am very disappointed with this service. Honestly, I tried to setup my VM, with even different instances. Sadly it won't work. And I make one mistake, I realize. I added my credit into it, just to know that I can't use the service anyways. 10 bucks, and just fly like that.

Please, do think twice before consider using their services.

None of the servers could deploy successfully. Requires upfront deposit, but then takes the money and runs. Doesn't actually work, and support is non-responsive. Had to file a chargeback.

The TensorDock GPU deployments does not...contain available GPU! I was trying with 3 different pods that should contain RTX 5090, 4090 and 3090 but...none of them contained the GPU which was clearly stated in the logs of Ollama and also via "lsmod | grep nvidia". Unbeliveable but true - Tensordock is cheating on the customers getting some money to the balance which cannot be refunded, the support does not respond and you cannot run anything with GPU.

I had a disappointing experience with TensorDock's GPU instance deployment. Although the instance showed as deployed and running, I was unable to access it via SSH. Despite being unable to use the service, I was still charged for the time it was supposedly running. As a result, I received zero value from the service while still incurring costs. Until they improve their reliability and access, I would caution against using TensorDock.

Tried to test the service with minimal payment — couldn’t deploy anything

I signed up for TensorDock and made a small initial payment just to test the service. I tried to deploy a GPU instance (RTX 4090), but after going through a setup process (selecting OS, CPU, RAM, SSH key, and location), I got this error:
“Failed to deploy virtual machine: No available nodes found in the selected location with the requested resources.”

So I tried again with other GPU types — same issue.

The worst part is there's no live indication of available GPUs, and the system lets you go through the setup only to fail at the end.
For a platform that charges upfront, this is very frustrating. I expected a smoother onboarding and at least one working configuration. Right now, I can't recommend TensorDock to anyone until they improve the deployment experience and show real-time availability.
