Without a doubt, the TK-02 brings the best in personal coffee experiences to reality at home. From the easy-to-learn-and-use app interface, to the machine’s amazing functionality, to the first-rate customer service and responsiveness, it’s hard to point to any downside. The quality of the end product—be it espresso, cappuccino, latte, macchiato, Americano, brewed, etc.—can be adjusted and saved easily by each individual user, making this machine a true standout in the crowded field of automatics. Machine refinements, in the form of firmware updates, are carefully considered by the company before implementing, so there’s no ping-ponging of updates to fix unintended consequences. Overall, this has been a terrific experience after 2 years of daily use.

The Demi machine looks beautiful and makes good coffee, way better than those machines that make coffee from capsules. It’s comparable, if not better, than the other top brands that make super-automatic machines. The drinks are customizable with different settings to choose from. I am giving 5 stars for their customer service; they helped me resolve the machine issue. You are better served by contacting them through the contact us link and starting a service ticket. At that point, the good people at their customer service team will be with you all the way. Thanks, TK!

The terra kaffe machine is amazing- coffee is great and customer service is great

Machine started having issues within one year of purchase. Screen was fully non-functional and had to be sent back for replacement. The machine was returned to me in a broken box covered in coffee grounds. The machine is still having multiple issues and displaying error notifications. I get email replies from technical support that have a laundry list of steps to go through that ultimately yield no improvement. Buy something else.

We have been loving our TK-2 for about 2 years now, however we recently had multiple issues with it for which we had to send it in twice. While it’s a pain to package and haul it off to UPS, the customer service has been fabulous. They are always responsive. I just hope our machine continues to function well!

From the moment my Terra Kaffe TK-02 arrived, I was impressed. Setup was incredibly simple—I was brewing within minutes. The machine works flawlessly, is easy to clean, and the customization options are fantastic. With just a little input, it creates the most amazing coffee drinks tailored exactly to your taste.

We’ve been experimenting with all the settings and the standard options while enjoying every cup. Very impressed with the milk frother/steamer.

About a month ago I had a reason to reach out to customer service, both by phone and email, and the experience was excellent. The team was timely, knowledgeable, and accurate in their support.

It sounds dramatic, but I’m genuinely in love with this machine. Hands down the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. Highly recommend.

Having spent a great deal of time researching "bean to cup" products I have not found a machine that checks ALL the boxes like Terra Kaffe's TK-02 does. Ease of use, each drink is the same as the last, drink customization is outstanding. Love the mobile APP. A great user experience. Customer service has been second to none. Keep up the great work!!

I had an excellent experience with Terra Kaffe addressing a shipping error. Last month, I ordered a filter kit but didn’t open the package right away. When I eventually did, I realized it contained the older model filter instead of the one I ordered.

I reached out to their team, and within 24 hours they had already started shipping the correct filter. The website submission was easy. The response was quick, professional, and hassle-free. I really appreciated how smoothly they handled the situation.

I have had my TK-02 for a year and it has performed to my expectations. I previously had a TK-01 which had problems and needed to be replaced after a year. (I gave it to my son and it is still working after 3 years.) However, my TK-01 is now showing an error message that requires returning to the factory for repair. It is a pain to return it; I hesitated since it is still working, but the error message is consistent every time I put it to sleep. The customer service has been excellent; always has been! The coffee selection is great as well. I just wish the machines were more dependable.

Any time I asked for assistance due to machine issues, their customer service rep. have the answer immediately NOT waiting for 24 hours or days. Problems were resolved quickly which is rare today! Again they have a great customer service team.
I bought the machine in 2024 after doing some research on automatic coffee maker..my criteria is very basic - a simple, 1 touch, quick cup of tasty coffee each morning. TK-01 DID NOT FAIL and 2 years into owning this compact pretty machine, it still provides my family a great cup of java.. my friend also bought one as well ..

I decided to purchase a machine from TerraKaffe after using one at a friend’s house. The new at the time TK 02 was about to come out so I reserved for it and purchased that machine. I couldn’t be happier with this coffee machine. It does everything and does it very well. Appreciate the regular updates. The company sends over based on feedback from customers and it continues to get better and better. I recently had a small issue that I wrote in about after about 2500 brews and the customer service is absolutely top-notch and I don’t think I’ve ever had better communication with a company before. Not only that the responses are very nice and efficient.
I would absolutely 100% recommend TerraKaffe for anyone. They have several options for products at different price levels.
What are wonderful company and I’m so happy to be supporting them.

This machine is incredible. I ended up with one because of my workplace getting one, and although I had some glitches this team was equally incredible to work with.

There were times during my “glitch” where I was not happy— I was only shown kindness and patience and ensured it would properly taken care of. That type of customer service is a rarity these days. Usually someone explain policy to you nowadays about how they cannot help you— not at Terra Kaffe! On top of it.

Okay so… the machine— the Demi— you push a button— and there is a barista in you kitchen…
