I was guided through the selection of Health Insurance and I asked many questions, all of which Natasha talked through and explained patiently. Calls were returned as promised and on time. I was very impressed and would recommend to others.

I was impressed with the communication. Firstly I had a text saying they were going to call. When they did, the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and professional, answering all my questions, and giving me time afterwards to make an informed decision. If I hadn’t spoken to Craig from Tessa Alliance, I would have made the wrong choice, and that could have cost me a lot!

I dropped my former carrier when the premium went through the roof. The broker handling that policy found me another of comparable coverage at a substantially better price with a different insurer. But communications with the broker were slow and increasingly opaque. I lost confidence and tried again, this time dealing directly with the insurer. No communication problem there - their representative provided a torrent of information but at a rate considerably higher than the broker's for what seemed to be the same policy. So I looked for another broker and came up, in short order, with Tessa Alliance. Their agent, Craig Parker, provided the information I felt I needed, clearly explained. He answered my questions in full without overwhelming me with detail I didn't need and options that didn't apply ... plus his quote was a significant improvement over the others. So he got the deal. We'll see how Tessa performs if they ever have to support me in a claim, but they've served me well in the first crucial stage. On that basis, I heartily recommend them.

I was looking for health insurance and came across Tessa Alliance. Aaron Jones at Tessa Alliance was very helpful and provided me with all the relevant pricing and details of the insurance policies available. I completed an online enquiry to see how much the policies were. Little did I know that I wouldnt get a price online. it asked me if I wanted to be contacted with a price and i said no. In 24 hrs ive had 10 missed calls from unknown numbers that I cant trace. Its none stop and Ive emailed them to ask them to remove me from their list but the calls keep coming.

I received a call from Natasha to enquire if I would like to review options for my health insurance, which i agreed to. Natasha was extremely professional, knowledgeable, spoke clearly and had a friendly manner. She called back when she said she would, and explained the policies available, but leaving me to decide the best option for myself. As there was little difference between the policies apart from price, I chose Vitality, saving myself almost £1000 a year!! Thank you Natasha, great result.
