I was a bit confused after I did my order, waiting for a testing kit to arrive. However, I got on the live chat assist and spoke with Jesse and they went over what to expect and how to do the test, there is no physical kit involved. Now I can proceed and send in my sample.

Beware Antihistamine use!
It was not made clear when purchasing the test that Antihistamines can affect the result. It wasn't until I received the report that I was made aware of this. I emailed the company as this was not a cheap test and we were desperate as my mum is going through an awful time with this itch/rash. They replied to say it is referred to under a heading called 'Test Facts'. If something can affect results it should be made clear in the main page or through the purchasing process, not under a separate page that is not even marked as essential reading. I was very disappointed in the reply from the company, it seemed they just didn't care.
