I purchased from them because they were on the Government website. Good value for money and they delivered within two days of ordering but then the Government changed the rules. I requested a refund but I was not happy with the policy as it was really unfair. I spoke to Jasper and then Keith, who did everything they good to resolve the issue and that is why I gave them the four stars. I would recommend ordering only days before you leave as it is not easy to get a refund. Rules change all the time and I did not expect the tests so soon but it does say they deliver within two working days. So just be careful when ordering. As I say, Jasper and Keith went above and beyond to resolve my problem with no longer needing the tests.

The test kit arrived next day through DPD. We had an issue receiving the certificate but after calling their customwr service and speaking with Andrew we received everything within 30min. Great sevice, highly recommended.

Fantastic service - ordered two Day2 tests having been let down by TestnGo.
The PLF numbers came in the confirmation email so that worked. When we returned home we took the tests at about 10.30am and uploaded the negative results and received the certificates just after midday.
Highly recommend. Efficient service and excellent price.
