Taken ages to get a refund and still not been actioned more than 2 weeks later. Stay clear...

I had a good customer service with Tests4You. They are very helpful. I purchased kit from them and reference number was missing for PL.
I called them, thn Mr Jasper helped me. He was very helpful.

I contacted Tests4you to see if I could use a PCR I brought for a recent holiday but didn’t need for another upcoming trip. Steve replied very quickly explaining how this could be done. Any correspondence I’ve had with Tests4you has been very helpful, test results have come back quickly & they are reasonably priced.

Really good service with clear instructions, prepaid envelope and all necessary packaging for sending the test back. Results were sent over within promised time range. I will use again, great, thanks!

Found this company on the gov.uk website whilst searching for a Day 2 Lateral Flow Test.
The company has a great price - £7.48 for a Day 2 Lateral Flow Test which includes delivery. The kits arrived on time as promised and the test results and certificates arrived quickly by email after completing registration of the kits.
Brilliant customer service from Steve and Daniel who answered all our questions and helped me through the registration process. Would definitely recommend this company.

Daniel has been extremely helpful during the whole process of submitting our results to the webpage. I am extremely helpful to him.

I was on the train to the airport when I found out that I needed to return to the UK instead of going to Ireland, and had to order a Day 2 test. The Test4You website is a bit clunky, but eventually I put in the order. I phoned their customer service to get a confirmation number and Ricky answered promptly and sorted it very quickly. The test arrived the next day, which was earlier than I expected.

These tests are silly but if we have to do them then I recommend Tests4You.

Excellent service from Andrew, called me back once all the forms were sorted. Test results were e-mailed to me before Andrew called me to confirm receipt.

Quite hard experience buying a day 2-8 test. Require a lot of fields to be filled in, some of them are duplicates from line to line, if payment is not successful you gonna fill in those 15 fields again from zero.
