Simple query expertly dealt with
I had a query relating to how to send the samples back. I was under the impression that once the submission forms had been received via email a sample kit bag would be sent through the post. I went on live chat and spoke with Kai who explained that the customer just sends the samples of hair in a clear bag provided from home. Kai was extremely quick to respond and gave me very clear and concise instructions. Thank you Kai, very helpful indeed.

Worth a try. Very impressed.
Was sceptical but results came back showing all I had suspected. All from a hair sample, not blood test required. Couldn't get the GP to test for gluten at all. Have recommended you to several friends.
Thank you.

Very inaccurate
Very inaccurate, said I had a 100% thyroid imbalance which led me to get an actual blood test which came back perfect. While I was there I told the nurse and they could not believe that a hair test could find half of the things it said it did

Respuesta de Test Your Intolerance
Hi Declan,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear that the results you received didn’t align with your medical testing and that this caused concern. We understand how important it is to feel confident in any health-related information you receive.
Our hair testing is based on bioresonance technology, which is designed to provide wellness insights rather than medical diagnoses. It's important to clarify that our test is not a replacement for clinical blood work or professional medical evaluations. While some customers find our service helpful in identifying areas to explore further, we respect and understand that it may not meet everyone's expectations or align with conventional testing.
We truly appreciate your feedback and will continue to work on improving transparency and clarity around what our test offers.
Warm regards,
Customer Service Team,
Test Your Intolerance.
