Good prices fast delivery

Scam company. Please do not buy from them. Ordered 3 sets of French manicure nail varnish on 31/1/24. Did not receive a confirmation email, my order or any correspondence. Emailed the company numerous times. No reply. Tried ringing, no answer. Requested a refund. Nothing.😡

Scam company. Been reported as such. Bank has been approached for a refund for goods not received.

To smit at customer services and anyone else associated with this company - get a real job and stop ripping off people.

2 weeks I was told to wait then ignored now on week 3. Pathetic for a tube of mascara. Claimed to have emailed Royal Mail but when I asked for evidence of postage he couldn't provide any. Now I am being ignored. Thankful Banks can just take my money back from fraudulent people like this.

Unfortunately, Tetra were only able to supply two of the three mascaras I ordered (although I received a refund promptly). In addition, the delivery time was slow.

Did not supply ordered item even though it was showing in stock on the website.
Listing showed the limited edition deluxe bottle in a tin can but even though this was pictured and described as such they said they did not have it in stock.
I then placed an order when 6 bottles of the standard version were shown as in stock and got a message saying "we already told you we did not have this" and a refund.I checked the website again,Sunday 3rd December at 11:17, and once again it showed as being in stock with 5 left in stock and also that 13 had been sold in the last 4 hours.Strange that when I was told via E :mail that it was out of stock !!.

Not worth the bother of dealing with Tetra when the website cannot be trusted to show actual items or whether they are in stock or not.
