stomer for over 6 years, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The website clearly showed a total of $76.00 at checkout, but after completing the purchase, I was charged $96.29 instead. This difference was not clearly disclosed beforehand.
When I contacted customer service, they refused to adjust the charge to the original advertised price and only offered the difference as store credit for future purchases. That is not an acceptable solution.
I requested to cancel the order. Despite that, the item was still shipped, then later canceled while in transit. Meanwhile, my money remained charged, and I had to escalate the issue with my bank and file a complaint before getting a refund.
Eventually, I did receive my $96.29 back, but only after unnecessary stress, wasted time, and a very frustrating process.
Based on my experience, pricing is not reliable and customer service does not properly resolve issues. I would strongly recommend double-checking your final charges or considering other retailers.
Very disappointing.
