5 out of 5. Moving in this country is just the worst experience ever, why have we made it so hard. But this company and it's employees made the task as painless as they could. All the staff we met were extremely helpful and so very polite and above all nice. It was a pleasure to meet them all and they all looked after our property as if it was their own.

Highly recommend TFM due to the high level of professionalism. They offered so much flexibility when helping me book to date for moving - as is essential when moving property.
The team offered so much support on the day and the time leading up to the moving date; they showed an unparalleled kindness and empathy on what is an incredibly stressful time. I would not hesitate to use them again. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Perfect from first to last.
TFM were so helpful and positive about everything both the office staff and the removals guys.
Removal was smooth and easy without a single breakage. Stats and Cam worked so hard doing the move and nothing was too much trouble for them.

We could not have done it without TFM. They was so patient and helpful when booking it and having delays and uncertainty about our completion date. The packing was so efficient and we had zero breakages. The guys were friendly and couldnt do enough to help, even helping out when they was unloading the other end with bringing rubbish out of the house. Wouldnt move again without them.

Excellent service.
Everyone we dealt with at TFM were very helpful, polite and always went the extra mile to accommodate date us if they could as they never said no to anything.
They always kept in touch and the removal itself was smooth and seem less considering we moved from Essex to Devon with a couple of weeks storage in between.

It is said that moving is one of life's most stressful times but thanks to all at TFM for making the experience stress free .
I relocated from Essex to Scotland and due to circumstances had to put my furniture AND plants into TFM s own storage facility for 3 months. Everything was safe and secure and even the plants were cared for! Amazing service 😀

Great team, quick, tidy & helpful

Just the nicest, most supportive and most helpful group of people we could have asked to do this for us. The (next level!) efficiency and ease at which TFM moved us was so impressive, nothing was too much of a problem and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone. Hopefully we never move again but if we do, we’ll be back!

We used TFM on our previous move and were looking to use them again for this move. Unfortunately they didn't have availability on our final completion date but were very kind and went above and beyond to assist me to find somebody else who could help us move, which I very much appreciated and made a stressful time much easier because of their help.

TFM were fantastic. Very quick and efficient from the start. They made sure everything would arrive in the same condition and wouldn’t leave until every piece of furniture was exactly where I wanted it to be. Very professional and also very friendly, even petted the dog a couple of times throughout the day who was confused about what’s happening. Highly recommend TFM!
