Tf Tools har skickat ett paket till mig och dhl har lämnat de utomhus fast dem ska lämna de till mig i handen eller ombud om ja inte är hemma , dhl har erkänt felet med Lucy på tf Tools vägrar ta ansvar och leverera om paketet hon påstår att det är mitt fel för att ja inte är hemma , helt sjukt , enligt svensk lag så får leverans endast ske i min hand eller till ombud .
Varning handla aldrig från tf Tools , handla istället från hammerstroke dem är seriösa

Wow what an amazing company to deal with from start to finish, we ordered for our apprentice sons birthday just after Christmas 2025 a tool belt ETC, we sized them wrong but the return process and exchange was second to none, considering the bank holidays the exchange turned up very early new year, cant fault the whole company and team.

Honestly, this company are just AMAZING.
I have been ordering from TF Tools for 5 years now. Every single item they stock has been of the highest quality and very fairly priced, always the best for the carpentry work I do and when I need it that week, I get it in the post in such a quick time.

A lot of great exlusive carpentry tools. Customer service is top notch, quick replies and poblem solving. Worldwide delivery (from UK to Sweden) was very quick. Easy to navigate webside. Points and discounts are unbeliveble! Would love to step in the real store one day. Orderd one thing to small, sent it back today and I'm confident that return and refund will work as it should. Amazing company who I’ve used for the past 4 years. They have always been so helpful when it’s comes to getting information on the new stock they manage to source in from America.
