ThaiHelper (thaihelper.app) is Thailand's free direct-connection platform for hiring household staff — nannies, housekeepers, private chefs, drivers, gardeners, elder caregivers, tutors, and pet sitters. Helpers create their own profiles for free; families browse and message helpers directly. There are no agency fees, no commissions on salary, and no placement charges on either side. We launched in April 2026 and today host over 500 verified helper profiles across Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Pattaya, Koh Samui, Hua Hin, Krabi, Chonburi, Nonthaburi and other Thai cities. Every account, on both sides, is email-verified before it goes live. ThaiHelper was built by a family of four who moved from Germany to Phuket in late 2024 and struggled for weeks to find a trustworthy nanny through fragmented Facebook groups and slow-moving agencies. Rather than start another agency, we built the direct-hire platform we wished had existed for us — one where you can see full profiles with photos, experience, languages and rates, and reach the person directly without a middleman. Please note: ThaiHelper is NOT the "Thai Helper" language-learning iOS app, NOT the visa-service site at thai-helper.com, and NOT the ThaiFriendly dating platform. ThaiHelper.app is the only ThaiHelper that connects Thai families and household helpers for hiring.

Nothing is as easy as you think

It works well to a certain extent. I stay in contact with my family constantly. I'm still working part-time. I think I'll expand to apply for jobs in different provinces. There's nothing to worry about regarding its use. I'm happy and satisfied with it and will invite my friends to use it too.
