scam!!!
they said they will charge 20 euro for thailand visa and they took 123 euros!
Fake....you cant contact them after you pay.
I never recieved my TDAC
DON`T USE THEm
I was scammed out of $100 by this website which claims to provide a Thailand Arrival Card (TDAC).
It charges for a document that is 100% free on the Thai government website.
It makes you believe it is mandatory to enter the country (which is false in most cases).
It advertises a price of $50 but charges you more ($100 in my case).
I received no valid invoice, no assistance, and no way to contact them.
The website ranks highly on Google, which makes it even more deceptive.
⚠️ This is a well-organized scam.
Many people fall for it every day, especially at the airport, when they're stressed about traveling.

"They" have paid to have their site near the top of search engines making it easy for you to think it's legit. It is not. Do not open 'Sponsored' sites. I also completed the form (passport, name, email, debit card) thankfully it did not go through. I immediately blocked my card and am now in the process of having it reissued. If in doubt of any site, copy the URL into Copilot (or similar) it will clearly identify the legitimacy of the site.
The official site to obtain a digital arrival card is: tdac.immigration.go.th
It is free. But I had problems to enter dates, hence changed to this site.
I entered travel date, passport number, debit card number, address, phone number etc.
Now these data are in their hands .... OMG
Only later I realized
I want to warn other travelers about the website thailandarrivalcard2025.com.
I found this site in Google search results as an advertisement when I searched for “tdac” (Thailand Digital Arrival Card). The website looks very similar to an official Thai government service: it uses official-looking wording, asks for passport and travel details, and then charges 69.99 USD for a “Thailand Digital Arrival Card”.
I completed the form on this website and paid 69.99 USD with my card. When I arrived in Bangkok and went through immigration, the officer told me that this website is not official and that the real Thailand arrival card is completely free. In other words, this site is charging money for a free service and pretending to be official.
This is extremely misleading for foreign travelers, especially after a long flight when you are tired and just trying to follow the rules. The site also collects sensitive personal information (passport details, travel information) and credit card data, which makes it even more dangerous.
I have reported this payment to my bank as a scam and started a dispute/chargeback process. I have also reported the website to Google as a dangerous and misleading URL.
My recommendation is very clear:
– Do NOT enter your personal or card details on thailandarrivalcard2025.com
– Do NOT pay anything for the Thailand arrival card online – the real card is free at immigration.
I hope this review helps other travelers avoid losing money and sharing their personal data with scammers.
I used thailandarrivalcard2025.com to obtain the Thailand arrival card, but later discovered that the official arrival card is completely free.
.
This website charges unnecessary fees, presents itself in a misleading way, and does not clearly state that it is not the official portal. Many others seem to have had the same negative experience.
SCAM!!! This is not the official website from thailand immigration
Dette er svindlere.
De tar betalt ca. NOK 500,-, for noe som er gratis.
Bruk alltid de offisielle Thailand Immigration sidene.
Ubekreftede meldinger sier også at de bruker persondata du legger inn her.
Scam they will take your personal data. Don’t event submit it.
This is a Scam website. They made false claims on their website about their rating on TrustPilot.
Its scam, its NOT the official site. It also has a false ad saying it has 30,207 reviews and 4 stars on Trustpilot
I had to pay £37 for a Thailand Arrival Card when it is a free service from the officail website, this is NOT the official site. It also has a false ad saying it has 30,207 reviews on Trustpilot
SCAM ARTISTS FOR SURE! SOMEONE NEEDS TO SHUT THIS SITE DOWN!
Straight scam. They offer a service that is free from the government but dress up the site to look Thai. My fault as I was in a hurry to get document before flight. Should have read site in detail. Not just scamming money but have so much personal info gathered. No response when trying to contact of course. Go to Thai gov site
