I saw Alexfor some small scar revision on my face. She was very helpful & reassuring about my procedure and listened to my concerns and questions. She performed the procedure with a calm attitude and was very attentive. I trusted her completely and the outcome was good.

I had to have to keloid scars removed on my ear. The team were great. I was able to get it done really quickly with rehabilitation follow ups too

Alex was fantastic at answering all my questions and made sure that I was fully informed regarding both the procedure itself and the aftercare and recovery process.  She also followed up afterwards to check on me before our post-procedure appointment.  The procedure itself was straightforward and swift, with both Alex and Sara onhand and very supportive throughout.  They are a great team who are friendly and welcoming. The efficiency and effectiveness of communications particularly the responsiveness to emails and telephone calls. The relaxed and professional approach of the surgeon particularly explaining the procedure and what to expect in an empathetic and friendly way.

The medical care and advice were excellent and the laser treatment made an enormous difference to my skin recovery and general rehabilitation in the process of obtaining a prosthesis following a lower leg amputation. Alexandra Murray and all the staff were friendly and welcoming and my visits made a huge difference to my mental wellbeing. I can’t recommend the Scar Clinic highly enough.

Friendly welcome to an immaculate clinic. Very knowledgeable and professional regarding their expertise in lasers. I have a difficult to treat condition and they were honest and kind throughout the treatment ensuring my pain was well managed throughout my sessions.
