Just recently I ordered a Adria door waste bin which was delivered safely and quickly then a week later the table bracket broke so placed the order and yes it was well packaged and arrived safe and sound
The only downside was the price of the postage for a item that weighed less than a kilo
The price was £7.99 which I thought was a bit too high
I would consider using another carrier like dpd
Thank for your service

Thank you for your honest feedback, Carole! Glad to hear both packages got to you safe and sound.
As a fairly new company (we only opened last year actually) we are working tirelessly to keep bringing down our postage costs as soon as we are able to. Unfortunately, these fees are usually higher at the beginning.
To let you in on a bit of behind the scenes action, we have recently switched from DPD to DHL in order to reduce the shipping costs we had. They have been fantastic through this and their delivery times have been incredibly fast.
Thank you again for choosing to shop at our independent business and hope to see you again soon :)

Delighted with the purchase of my folding seats
I bought two of the Highlander compact folding seats for use at the beach or for picnics and am delighted with them. They are very lightweight, easy to carry and are far more supportive than I had expected. Delivery was very quick and I can only only thank The Leisure Shop for an excellent service.

The only online shop selling this item, and they are only 20 miles away.
Darren took order over the phone, and when he realised how close I lived, he offered to hand deliver the Water Filler Cap, saving me delivery cost. Item was hand delivered the same day. What incredible service. Can’t thank Daren enough. Would give them 6 stars if I could.
Would definitely use this company again

Efficient and quality service.
Efficient and quality service.
After ordering my folding chairs etc. I received a phone call explaining an issue with the delivery company they usually use, and apologised that the order would not be delivered as quickly as they normally do. The order was placed on the 22nd March and arrived on the 28th March. Still quick enough for me. Thankyou, I will use this company again.
