I purchased a Charles Austen ET50 pond air pump which runs very quiet and is powerful enough for my needs. Excellent value.

Our pond was in a very poor condition when I contacted That Pond Guy during the bank holiday weekend early May. I was pleasantly surprised when Matt contacted me the same day with a full breakdown of costs and recommendations. Apart from a complete empty, clean and refill, we really needed a new pump and filter. Fast forward to Ashley arriving just over a week later who worked really hard in heavy rain showers to complete the work. He was professional and friendly and left the pond and surrounding area clean and tidy. I am delighted with the results and would definitely use them again.

Matt responded very quickly to any queries, and orders sent out very effectively within 2 days. He was very helpful with pipe connections for my pump.

Matthew and his guys recently refibreglassed my 6000gall pond they were speedy efficient friendly and did a really good job.

Matt, Harvey and the team took a drawing I did on the back of an envelope and turned a wasteland at the end of our garden into a 7000l pond with pergola, patio and screening. The work ethic of all the team was amazing, they arrived every day when they said they would and kept the site clean all the way through. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a new pond or a renovation.

I approached The Pond Guys as I wanted to recommission a swimming pool into a natural swimming pond. The pool had been left for years unused.
Matt gave me solid advise and confidence to order a system. The order arrived within 2 days. Matt was able to answer our calls directly and helped us all through the process.
3 weeks on and the pool was clear water and our project is underway.

I don't usually leave reviews but on this occasion felt I must. I had been looking for a new pond filter set up having moved to a property that had a non functioning system and murky water. I had finally chosen what I wanted and looking at prices found that the Pond Guy had the lowest price, but had not seen them turn up in my previous searches. I found out they are a new company, just starting out when I called as I couldn't find hose on the web site. Matt was quick to answer when I phoned and said that he could add it to the order for delivery tomorrow, this was mid-day so I told him what I wanted by email with a couple of questions and a payment link and answers to my questions. The supplied items were at a lower cost than other providers so no complaints from me. As promised they arrived next day on a pallet which was transported to the back garden. I was expecting it to be dropped kerb side. The pallet was well packed and wraped.

So to sum up great, honest and efficient service with advice at a great price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend That Pond Guy/Matt and will use them again when I need further items.

Buying my filter upgrade from Matt at That Pond Guy has turned out to be a great experience. Easily found what I wanted and at the most competitive price. Delivered quickly and kept up to date with delivery schedule. Decided on the Burtons Bio for extra biological filtration. Now fitted and working well. I can look forward to spending more money on koi food 😂 to grow the water pigs without the water parameter problems. Great experience from ordering to delivery. 👍

Web site told me what I needed to know
pump works great. With the variable output I am able to run the pump at 70% saving electricity with same output as the pump i replaced.
