Never received order, stole my money

Never received my pre-order. Tried to contact support and they told me to contact USPS. I followed their instructions - USPS told me they can't help me because their tracking numbers say they never received the package. I tell customer service rep "Little Oreo" this and they keep repeating their answer, telling me to contact USPS in an endless loop.

The tracking confirms I have never receieved my order and they just stick to telling me they "strongly recommend" contacting USPS despite me telling them USPS's answer several times. I feel cheated out of my money and now I have no book that I paid for and they won't acknowledge that I didn't get my order. I think they use a bot and there's no way to speak to an actual person.

I am never ordering from this company again.

I placed 3 separate orders

Update: they're SLOW to get going but they have been answering AND things are finally trickling in! :D So if you have time and patience, they're good.
I placed 3 separate orders, with 2 totally unfulfilled after 2 months. The 3rd order showed partially shipped then mail exception and return after ONE DAY after shipping date! :(

Excellent quality, long delivery time

Be aware that everything is made to order and therefore will take an excruciatingly long time to arrive!
But I ordered twice and got everything in a nice package, with a card and the quality was great! Some items are too expensive for my budget, but I'm very happy with what I got!!

Very Satisfied.

On February 26th, 2023, I ordered a decorative product to symbolize a memory I had back on December 16th, 2022. But before ordering, I made sure to read the reviews, FAQs and details of the product and the website. All thatskyshop items are pre-orders. They design and manufacture the item after the pre-order period ends. Which means that they can't have an inventory of products. This means they can't refund or return anything because all orders are made just for the person who bought them. That means you need to check your shipping status. You do not want the shipper to return the product. Also, all products are directly made by thatgamecompany and all products are limited edition, so there's no way to give reviews directly on the website. This is why you might want to check the website's authenticity by reading this review on a review site like Trustpilot. Because of this, the reviews are not glowing before my experience. So, It felt risky before purchasing but I decided to try it even though it wasn't cheap at all. Understanding that collecting orders, designing, manufacturing, quality assurance and shipping takes time; I expected that my item would arrive in 5-6 months. But after a month and a half, after asking for my ID number and giving it to them via email, they shipped the item and gave me a tracking number. The experience depends on your shipping couriers and your ability to check your incoming shipments. Fortunately, the courier that shipped my item was quick (lasted for 12 days) and it arrived on May 27th, 2023. Which was just short of 2 months later than my purchase. About the product quality, I purchased an acrylic scene and the quality is good. The item was packaged well and they also sent a transparent card with Sky's interface and landscapes. Which was a nice touch. The item has pretty accurate and vibrant colors looks and feels sturdy. I can safely say that I was satisfied with my product from thatskyshop. If you are concerned about buying something from thatskyshop because of the limited edition and pre-order policy; just make sure to wait for at least two months and regularly check your shipment status occasionally. For you, Thank you for your attention. And for thatgamecompany, thank you for the memories.

twice now ive ordered from them

twice now ive ordered from them, and twice ive had to wait SEVERAL MONTHS. the first time i ordered, covid wasnt even a thing yet.
this time covid is an excuse, and apparently a warehouse fire. but here they are doing another preorder wave for new merchandise and it just feels sooo f****** scummy
like they just take our money, not deliver, and then move on to the next pay day. btw ive been waiting 5+ months for my oder to arrive.

No merchandise after 3 months.

Ordered Secret of the prairie pin 13.11.21. 6 weeks later no sign of dispatch. Thatskyshop refused to refund. I obtained a chargeback from the credit card. As soon as I successfully obtained my money from master card they issued a dispatch email. Interestingly the tracking number was unrecognised. Two months later the merchandise has yet to appear and best of all, thatskyshop have attempted to challenge my chargeback but failed! One star? Actually zero stars, as I note quite a few reviews on other sites complaining of no refunds or merchandise.
