I have a spa in Marina del Rey, Ca . Before I changed to booker I had mangomit . I regret every day of my life changing the company. Booker system is the most horrible and most stressful system you can have. My card reader never works and my clients are getting so upset when they are making the payment bc I’m making them to wait for me to charge them. They sent me a second card reader and doesn’t work same problem than the old card reader not only that I’m paying 3.50% to charge people manually without the card reader. My company is losing so much money because of that. They said my internet was too weak so I upgraded my internet to a better speed and we still have same issues we had. spectrum technician come down to check everything and now in my spa he said everything runs perfectly and the Internet and they test the speed and everything works great. They told me there’s nothing to do anymore and they believe it’s a problem with the system. I asked them that I want to leave the company bc of all the issues with their system and they said I can’t bc of my 12 months contract. They have not done anything no discount or anything for all the issues with the system. My receptionist wants to leave our company bc she’s tired and frustrated trying to fix this on the phone with the technician.

Im losing so much money with this company I upgraded my internet i have the most expensive plan with them $545 a month and only 30% of what I’m paying works. They promised you so many things don’t believe in what they say. There are many good companies offering a good service with better system than this and cheaper. I only hope to break my contract or finish with this nightmare with this company.

Scam - stay away.
They have a business model barely legal that could make you flight ok business at very cheap prices. But you ll pay the price yourself later, no doubt. Delays, cancellation and no reimbursement will be the trilogy that will make you pay twice what you would have done on normal airlines website.
I had to pays 5 nights of hotel and the. Rebook totally the flight for the entire family after the compagne cancelled our ticket because of fraud.
The Booker promised to refund…still waiting for it 18 months later

Scam stay away . Please dont trust this site as i was booking ny ticket from milan to dubai they got my money and never return even though i cancel my flight

au 8/1/2022, J'apprends par un mail le jour même du retour (8/1/2022) en allant a l'aéroport que le vol n'est pas confirmer. Je reprends un billet chez air France ma fille devant absolument rentrer pour ses études à 3 000 € .The booker me fait un mail en s'excusant et en me disant de ne pas m'inquiéter car ils vont me rembourser.
Voilà un mois que j'attends toujours rien, je les relance 3 à 4 fois par semaine ils me répondent que cela va arriver et depuis une semaine plus aucune réponse ni par whats ap ni par mail.
en regardant sur la web les avis je m'aperçois que plusieurs personnes sont dans le même cas que moi
Je pense que l'on à a faire a des gens mal honnête
Je vais déposer plainte et faire un courrier à air France. si des personnes dans mon cas veulent se joindre à moi pour une action n'hésitez pas

They couldn't issue a ticket, they cancelled last minute and now they are not responding to my return requests.
Over 2000 USD lost.
Unfortunately it seems like they are scammers.

I have purchased 2 tickets from Europe to South America in November 2021 to fly on Dec 23rd, made my payment and until then it seemed a proper agency. Very responsive and polite.

Once my payment was send the mess started.

I have received multiple booking codes not corresponding to actual bookings. When I was receiving the real booking code the reservation was getting cancelled 48hrs after.

But this is only the beginning.....

I made my way to the airport at 7AM on Dec 23 with my partner to fly South America, we went trough security and once at the gate the tickets were cancelled. We were denied boarding. My girlfriend started to cry since we were waiting for so long for our trip.

The agent didn't know what to do and only proposed us a flight 3 days after. Would you wait and trust someone not able to put you on a flight 2 months in advance? We didn’t trust any more and bought tickets ourself for the day after spending 3x the amount.

Today, I still not have received a refund and I am pursuing legal actions.

DO NOT TRUST THE COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT AGENTS AND THEY TRY TO BOOK TICKETS WITH COMPANY DISCOUNTS, PURCHASED MILES AND SCAM SCHEMES. UNFORTUNATELY IF THIS DOESN’T WORK YOU END UP NOT FLYING.

Just your standard cowboy who probably sits in their own living room having a laugh. To this day I cannot comprehend how they managed to have even one positive review unless they lost it in the process. I am not sure if they have actually ever provided any service but it is a textbook scam.
If you do (despite all the negative reviews) decide to still give it a shot just make sure you use some safety net for your money (paypal etc). They will be pushy against it but at least you might get a refund. It still does not sit right that these people have not been arrested yet. Mega frauds! Stay clear!

Initial contact is great, albeit a little slow, but flights were offered and ticket confirmation received, however, BA changed one of the flights, no notification received I only found out when I randomly check "manage my booking", after 10 days of trying to get flights rescheduled through emails (that aren't answered), WhatsApp messages (again not answered) and phone calls (surprise, surprise not answered it's become clear I am not getting the flights and and now being ignored!

Further digging on the company that the ticket confirmation came through, Gatsby's Travel Club, LLC, it appears this company was only registered in August 2021, no ATOL certificate or any such thing.

Should have stuck to my therory, if something seems too good to be true, it probably is!!

If I was given a zero stars option I would have gone for that. This company is an absolute scam! I originally enquiried in early November. At the beginning communication was slow but not alarmingly so. After the payment went through (worryingly along with passport and other details) and after being promised that the tickets would be "issued within 24h from payment" they just stopped answering the messages. None of the numbers provided online is a real phone number and you can call them as much as you can but nobody will pick up. I am in the process of taking legal action against them but please spare yourself the stress and stay away!!!

Be careful, its a scam!
We did book flights and paid upfront.
Due to Covid flights got cancelled and the airline did an immediate refund to the company.
They told us we do get our money back within 90 days (why 90 days when airline did refund you already?), however, refund never happend and now they went record silence.

Une très mauvaise expérience depuis le début du contact. Nous avons acheté 4 billets aller-retour de Paris à Montego Bay, 45 jours avant notre départ du 2 au 23 août 2021, avec assurance pour le Covid-19. Malheureusement, les billets qui devaient être envoyés dans les 8 jours, ne sont pas émis. Suite à mon insistance car pour l’obtention des visas, il faut présenter les billets aller-retour, j’ai reçu les tickets fin juillet. Délai très court pour l’obtention des visas. Lorsque nous avons voulu checker si nous étions bien confirmés sur le vol indiqué, les références n’étaient pas reconnues par la compagnie aérienne. Les billets ont été émis seulement la veille de notre départ, aucune certitude d’obtenir les billets entre le paiement effectué plus d’un mois avant et le départ…
Le jour du départ, à l’aéroport de Paris, la compagnie nous explique qu’il n’y a pas de connexion, il faut récupérer nos bagages à Zurich pour s’enregistrer sur le vol à destination de Montego Bay, (nous apprenons à ce moment là, qu’il y a une escale prévue à Punta Cana), le trajet a été plus long, mais nous n’accordons pas d’importance.
La veille de notre retour, et pour répondre aux exigences de la compagnie aérienne, nous effectuons des tests Pcr, dont un résultat est positif sur les 4 membres de la famille. Nous prévenons immédiatement et demandons la prise en charge de l’assurance. The bookers nous répond qu’il faut avancer les frais, les remboursements des factures se font 30 jours après. Nous avons réglé les factures d’hôtel et les tests, puis envoyés ces justificatifs à The Booker.
Finalement nous avons pu rentrer le 6 septembre, après 15 jours de quarantaine. Notre vol de Montego Bay vers Zurich s’est bien passé, une chambre d’hôtel nous a été réservée car le vol Zurich vers Paris n’était prévu que pour le 8 septembre. Arrivée à l’aéroport de Zurich, la compagnie Air France nous dit que notre vol est pour le 9 septembre et non le 8. Nous avons informé The Booker, aucune réponse à nos messages. Nous avons dû racheter d’autres tickets à nos frais car nous ne pouvions pas attendre le lendemain.
Nous attendons le remboursement des frais avancés en raison de notre quarantaine depuis le 28 septembre et à ce jour, nous ne sommes pas remboursés. Maintenant, ils ne répondent plus aux nombreux messages envoyés.
Ce n’est pas professionnel, lorsqu’on s’adresse à un agent c’est pour la tranquillité, mais avec eux c’est du stress du début à la fin, vous n’êtes pas sûr d’avoir les billets, incertitude sur la confirmation des billets auprès des compagnies et l’assurance censée couvrir nos dépenses involontaires, plus aucune nouvelle depuis le 26 octobre 2021.
Nous envisageons l’assignation au tribunal, heureusement que nous n’avons pas été hospitalisés, car les coûts auraient été beaucoup plus élevés.

Thanks to the booker, I was able to fly to Victoria with my family in the buiseness class, at a top price. However, you need good nerves, as the valid tickets came at very short notice. But looking back, I would immediately book again through the Booker. We say thank you again.

Nous rentrons d’un voyage aux Antilles et notre expérience avec The Booker s’est très bien déroulée. Après avoir demandé un devis, nous avons payé via Paypal et avons reçu les billets dans la foulée. Tout s’est très bien passé et nous sommes vraiment heureux de passer par ce site. Ils sont très réactifs sur whatsapp et sont très à l’écoute. Je recommande vraiment The Booker et je sais déjà que je ferai de nouveau appel à eux pour nos futurs voyages.

I am very satisfied with the service they gave me, they helped me a lot with my reservations, I have nothing to complain about, the attention and service is personalized thanks to their online platform I made my reservation without complications.

While I usually never use a travel agent for booking flights, I did in this case because of the great service that I received through phone/messages and all of the helpful information that was provided by Mark and Victor. However, I came to understand after lots of troubles and many attempts to get my flights booked and/or rescheduled, that apparently them not being a real travel agent and unable to book directly with airlines can cause major issues (at least in my case, with KLM).

By using some sort of 'reseller' to reserve flights (possibly using promotional or even airline staff seats, I can't be sure) there can be considerable delays due to the time difference and reservations can take several hours to happen. In addition, in my case, the payment information from this "reseller agent" that they reserve through was marked as being fraudulent by the airline and so all attempts to reserve flights were cancelled immediately with no notice to the customer. This caused me to think I had flights confirmed (after I had paid in full promptly) only to find out by chance when trying to add passport and contact information on the airline website, that the reservation was cancelled, after every attempt.

I gave The Booker the opportunity to simply reserve my tickets again (which would have been a 5th time) but to pay the airline directly instead of trying yet again to go through their "reseller", and to make good on their agreement with me, a customer who had already paid for tickets, but since the amount was going to be more, they refused to do so. Instead, they offered to book me going through multiple countries on another airline using "staff tickets", whatever that is. Note that I had paid for and purchased regular seats with them, not some promotional staff seats. This didn't seem at all fair or good business as them being unable to fulfill their agreement with me on the airline/itinerary agreed upon through their preferred purchase method had nothing to do with me, and by this point their repeated (unsuccessful) attempts to rebook had already caused me to miss my requested dates, twice!

Although my experience ended up being horrible in the end, and caused me many delays and wasted so much of my time, I'm giving 2 stars here because they did end up giving me a full refund, at least, although this meant further delays to my plans having to book tickets again myself directly with the airline.

One final thing: they had told me that my tickets were being cancelled on each attempt to make a reservation because the airline had messed up a date change and that my name was being flagged as still being on the flight list. That was simply a made-up story as the airline confirmed that it was due to a flagged-as-fraudulent payment method that was attempted to be used on each reservation, and when I booked with the airline directly, I had no issue whatsoever with my name or any flight lists, etc, when I paid the airline directly with a valid payment method.

Summary: buyer beware here because they were not honest with me about the real issue and presumably to get better rates, use questionable resources to make reservations or to sell promotional seats to paying customers.

Didn't get to fly the flight I had booked due to Covid-19 restrictions. But Victor and Mark had me sorted. Great Service guys!

I am very satisfied with the conciergerie service and especially Mark. I had a very great price for my trip. I had to change my flight at the last minute and mark was very responsive and mange the change swiftly.

I would book again for sure!
