Grabbed this for my 2 year old and it's…

Grabbed this for my 2 year old and it's genuinely one of the better purchases I've made. Lots of little activities on each page buttons, zips, laces keeps her focused way longer than I expected. The quality of the fabric and stitching is solid, nothing came loose even after rough handling. She calls it her "bunny book" and asks for it every morning. Didn't think a book could replace screen time but here we are.

I emailed asking what toy would suit a 3 yr old and got a genuinely helpful reply not a copy paste response, an actual recommendation with reasons. It was a little thing but it made me trust the brand so much. Will definitely be shopping here again.

JUNK TOY - Can't see a thing thru the scopes!!

I purchased two of these scopes for my two grandsons and please look at every review on multiple websites and also type into a google search "The Little Marvin negative reviews and complaints" and you'll see this company and their toys are complete rip offs and you only have 30 days to return, so forget giving it for Christmas. AVOID this company!! TOTAL CRAP!

We’ve reviewed the details provided, and it appears the order was placed very close to the holiday period, when shipping carriers experience significantly higher volumes and delays can occur. The selected shipping method was our free standard delivery, which typically takes around 10 business days after processing, as outlined on our website prior to purchase.

As a U.S.-based company, we work with multiple warehouses worldwide. Depending on stock availability and delivery location, orders may be shipped from the nearest available facility. In this case, for delivery to the UK, the item was shipped from an overseas warehouse rather than the U.S. to ensure fulfillment.

We’re truly sorry that the timing did not align with your expectations, and we understand how disappointing that can be.

I should have known better

I should have known better! My order roamed around Chine for almost two weeks. Still waiting for the two walkie talkies. I will NEVER order anything from this company EVER again! I’m at 15 days waiting for a tracking update.

Dishonest company

So I ordered the robot on 12/13 and it is still in China. I emailed them and they assured me that they have warehouses in the U.S, skirting around the fact that the item is not actually coming from any said warehouses, but mainland China. It won’t be here in time, so will be a return. It just seems like they are a Chinese company dishonestly representing themselves as an American company. Tracking shows it being scanned at 4 different locations in China. It won’t let me upload pictures of the tracking and correspondence with the company.

Edited to add: received the package and the box is falling apart, doesn’t look appropriate for gifting. What a waste of time and money.

I ordered the scope for my grandson…

I ordered the scope for my grandson several weeks ago. Now when I click on the links to check on my package delivery it takes me to a site stating it is blocked. When I call the number it states to email. Everything that I click on in the email is blocked!!!! I would be extremely cautious ordering from this website!

Very happy with my purchase

I bought the Miniscope Pro and the Digital Walkie Talkie for my son and daughter, and both products turned out great.
The miniscope has an impressive zoom, and we’ve already spent a lot of time exploring things outside together.
The walkie talkies are super fun and a nice alternative to screen time.
Really happy with the quality - would buy from The Little Marvin again.

Absolute piece of crap!!

Absolute piece of crap!!! I would have rated it a zero star but I couldn't. I ordered 2 for my grandkids 3 and 5 you can't see anything through the lense. I reached out, the same day I received it, to contact the company for a refund/return number but they replied with an email telling me that I should try putting it on a flat surface and the take a picture of its issue. How do you take a picture of what you can't see through the lense???? I did. and I never heard from them again. Tried many times to contact again but nothing. Don't buy this expensive total scam piece of crap.

“Little Marvin” microscope is not for Age 4,5 & 7 YO with misleading guarantee.

“Little Marvin” microscopes were the worst unusable presents that my granddaughters (ages 4, 5 & 7) received this holiday. The scope viewing image is not clear and the scope functions are way beyond the children’s ages as targeted by this company.

I requested an RMA within the 30 day guarantee period and learned the following:

“Little Marvin’s” “30 day, no questions asked guarantee” is a meaningless advertising tactic that does not apply to return requests. The “Little Marvin”. microscope fine print return carries a 15 day window policy, that starts on your day of delivery.

My microscope return requests would have had to begin even BEFORE my grandchildren opened their Christmas gifts from me.

“Little Marvin” is well aware of standard Christmas protocol of opening gifts between 12/25-1/1 & the standard return window that should follow. They are clearly an “out of the norm” vendor NOT to support the same children that they target in their ads. A consumer friendly company would have responded favorably to my request for holiday return.
But “Little Marvin” would not provide RMA.

Be careful. “Little Marvin” microscope “30 day guarantee” is misleading with fine print attached and no holiday window for return. Be careful, the “Little Marvin” microscope is not appropriate for ages 4,5 or 7, which is the target audience for this product. Be careful, this company is more interested in their revenue than in supporting your child’s growth.

For clarity: our return window is now 30 days from the delivery date, including holiday orders - this policy was updated from our earlier 14-day window to better support customers who buy gifts.

Regarding age suitability, we offer different types of microscopes. The Marvin’Scope is more like a real optical microscope that requires learning how to focus, so younger children often need a bit of guidance. For easier, child-friendly use, we also have models with a digital screen (Miniscope & Miniscope Pro), which many families prefer for ages 3–7.
