"I started a medical negligence claim with them over four months ago after they officially decided to take my case. Since then, all I have received is a complete runaround. After initial promises and an automated email claiming my case was passed to a 'specialist solicitor,' absolutely no one has contacted me. By now they could have easily started my case, but I have been left completely in the dark. I speak to someone, they say they are going to call me back, a week goes by, and nothing happens. Meanwhile, I am still suffering in pain, and my time is running out to bring my case before it becomes too late. Terrible communication and completely unprofessional. Do not waste your time."
