May the 4th run
So I booked a running bug race through a 3rd party site, and that went quite wrong. I had never done a virtual race before, and wasn't sure what I was doing, but running bugs site is easy to use, so managed to work it out. Then during postage someone pinched my medal and I got a damaged, empty envelope... So contacted Running Bug, and although the issue with royal mail was not theirs to fix, they kindly dealt with it, and sent me a new medal.
I had many problems from the 3rd party giving me wrong info, but once I dealt with running Bug directly I had helpful and friendly service. I would suggest to book direct with Running Bug, as they have full control of your booking from day one, and this will make it ho smoothly. I was unlucky to have issues with various things with my booking, but Andrew was quick to contact the 3rd party site and sort it all out for me, hence the 5 star. Sometimes things just go wrong, and its no ones fault, but the measure of a company is how they fix those problems, and Running Bug were brilliant. Will use them again, booking directly with them.
