Dress? What dress?
I have no idea whether or not I will like my Sleeper dress, because I still haven't received it, or even a shipping confirmation, three weeks after ordering. Sleeper charges a $15 shipping and handling fee above the $300 price tag, which is pretty unusual: when was the last time you paid s&h on such an expensive purchase? Well apparently, that fee does nothing to facilitate actual shipping of the garment.
Would never order from them again, regardless of how nice the product is... if I ever get to see it.
Two stars is giving them the benefit of the doubt that *maybe* I'll get the dress soonish. I'll edit this down to one if it takes much longer....

Absolutely top notch customer service
Absolutely top notch customer service. My package got lost, and I had very little hope that I would get it back. I just emailed them to let them know I filed a claim with UPS and Enya from Sleeper stepped in to send another one right away. She was so personable and understanding.

Flimsy fabric - ripped after first wear
Last night, I wore my green Belle linen dress for the first time. When I stood up from sitting down the skirt ripped, not even at the seam. I think it’s completely unacceptable that an item of clothing that I’ve paid this much money for is ripping on the first time that I’m wearing it. I was under the assumption that sleeper uses good quality fabrics and I’m really disappointed that this has happened. Can you advise me how to proceed in this situation? I would like a refund/ replacement

Great quality and super friendly team
I have 4 items from Sleeper and they are amazing! My favorite is black party pjs. I get loads of compliments every time I wear it. So comfy and chic! Great quality of dresses and pajamas and care team is just the best!! Solved all issues and gifted a code which I am going to use as I’m already eyeing some things. Wishing you all the best.❤️

Navy Linen Two Piece
I was totally pleased with the Navy two piece linen short set. Quality is awesome, and I love practically anything linen. I'm sure it is going to look great on my sweetie. He also loves the set. Thank you, and will be ordering again!

Horrible experience and quality - don’t waste your money
I ordered an almost 300 dollar Pajama for that price you’d expect good quality. The Pajama ripped after wearing it ONCE. That has never happened to me before with any of my Pajamas or clothes I own. The customer service basically blamed me because I wore the Pajama - what else are you supposed to do with a Pajama?? You don’t want to have to fix an expensive Pajama after wearing it once, you want it to last for a long time and expect to be sent good quality. Unfortunately, that clearly seemed not to have been the case. So don’t waste your money. The Pajamas are really not worth it. And getting a small fraction of the price back to fix it just doesn't cut it!

Don’t order from this company
Don’t order from this company!
I ordered pjs for my Daughters Christmas gift on the 26th November with the assurance that the order would be dispatched in one to two weeks. I contacted the company on the 9th December and it took three messages to revive a reply. I was told that my order was ready and would be dispatched this week. I emailed again yesterday as I hadn’t received a dispatch email. I received a response today saying that they now won’t be dispatched till early January at the earliest. They are blaming the pandemic/vaccine. Such awful customer service and lies to take your money.
