One thing I didn't like was the driver who brought my car back inspected the courtesy car before he contacted me so I had not seen or signed his report. Otherwise it was very good.

Amazing service
Very friendly, polite customer service .. John was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly
Car was picked up on time and I was kept
informed of the length of time the repairs to my vehicle would take and the approximate date of return.
The car was delivered back to me on the arranged date and the repair to the damage was amazing. I was soo happy

Updated feedback
Repairs were minimal but lights were faulty so the next day it had a chip. There were significant delays in getting the work done. I had to arrange a courtesy car on my own. The communication was suboptimal and I had to ring multiple times for updates.
They rectified the error in the end and replaced my light.

Nice enough staff and easy to deal with but the wheel arch trim began to fall off within a month, some panel fixings on the undertray and bumper were found to be missing when the car was serviced by Audi within 7 weeks of the repair and the Audi pre sense sensors were not working since the repair which Audi have said will be because they were not correctly checked or recalibrated at the time of the repair.
To be fair they have rescheduled the car to go back in and have the issues corrected which has still yet to happen but I was promised by Auxillis that the repairs would be Audi compliant so it is disappointing to have these problems
