Let down by poor aftersales and delivery
I like the idea but the buying process is rubbish. The app kicks you out as you’re using it and you can only contact the company via an online form. There should be a customer phone number at the very least. But I couldn’t find it on the website or on the app.
Out of five orders, the last two haven’t been great. I suggested to Alcohol Free Co that they should end using Parcelforce, as this seems to be the biggest issue to me.
An order I made a few months ago went missing. Turns out Parcelforce delivered to the wrong street! This time, the parcel has been returned due to ‘damage’. I got a photo of it back in the factory and it didn’t look bad to me. Either way, this is two orders that have been an issue and spoilt my enjoyment of the service. I don’t think I’ll bother any longer.

Let down by a poor website and…
Let down by a poor website and ecommerce process. The website is very frustrating to use. For instance, many of the products are out of stock, which you can't see until you click into them.
When I did manage to place an order the ecommerce system messed out up resulting in the order being canceled altogether.
The email to explain the problem was apologetic and nicely written, which got two stars back, but offered no voucher or discount code for me being messed about. One star back off.
I really hope you can sort your website and IT issues out, but for now, it's a no from me.

Extremely wide range of beers to choose from
This was a gift. I decided to choose 12 different beers. There was a wide range of options to select from - who knew there were so many low alcohol beers available? Delivery was very fast; great service. Have used Alcohol Free Co before and will do so again.

Let's be honest. If you are told to stop drinking alcohol you think you are never going to find something that will be a reasonable substitute. BUT, my husband is now drinking the Glen Dochus West Coast Blend whisky with either dry ginger or cola and he is OK with it. Service from Alcohol Free Company was excellent. Very prompt and would recommend you give them a try.

Terrible. Enough to drive a man to drink...
I know I like the products I ordered from previous purchases with other suppliers. I can't review products supplied by this company because I haven't received any. I ordered (Order No 13702) on 22nd Jan, received confirmation email and have heard nothing since (5 days later). Telephone calls go unanswered: text; email, and WhatsApp messages are ignored; order tracking checks just result in 'Error 502 code messages. They have taken my £50 and I have nothing, nada, zero. I am giving up. Tomorrow I shall request a refund and when they ignore me I shall go through the PayPal resolution centre to get my money back. Do not use this company, it is a terrible terrible experience. After PayPal I shall be leaving adverse reviews everywhere - this service is unacceptable.

Would rather have the real thing.
The order came quick and it was a good service. I was looking forward to whiskey substute, to me it tasted like flat coke on its own. Ice made smell and taste a little better but didn't come close to real bourbon.
I've had beers and cider before from main brands and they have all been great and nothing really noticeably different.

I purchased the Irish Creme who loves a Baileys but didn’t want the alcohol. She said it was delicious and didn’t notice the lack of alcohol. My parcel was packaged very securely and was posted fast.
Great site for a large choice of non alcohol products. Would recommend.

We have never had an order from you in your name or from your email address, we also have no subscription renewals on the 17th,
This leads me to a few conclusions:
~either your card was fraudulently used on our site, (but we do have fraud monitors installed) and you should immediately contact your bank for a refund.
~You are confused as to what site the card the site has been used on (as i said above we haven't had any subscriptions renew today) so it hasn't been ours on a subscription basis,
~or your purposely leaving bad reviews on sites for whatever reason.
Please contact your bank to assist you in resolving this,
poor and inconsistent customer service
got reimbursed for half an order not delivered despite emails saying it had been despatched
Still not received the other half of order and company not answering emails

As per the tracking information send to you on the 24th, parcelforce tried to deliver you parcel on the 27th but due to adverse weather they were unable to and the parcel was taken to your local post office, its disappointing you left a review before you gave us a chance to sort out the issue as you emailed us at the weekend our automated replies states we will reply next working day especially since I think we were fair in refunded the postage cost for the item we didn't have in stock, regardless I have rebooked your parcel for redeliver on the next available date they have, please find confirmation below. If it doesn't turn up on this date please let me know and we won't hesitate to refund you the rest of the order.

Order never arrived (tracking showed it was returned to originator due to damaged packaging). Regrettably we had to quickly source poor quality (but the only stuff available) non alcoholic wine from a local supermarket for my wife’s birthday celebrations 🙁
