shopping was easy, i had a question about delivery and it was answered promptly so customer service is great

Absolutely would not use again. Ridiculous long shipping time. Shipping times on site are not true. Advertised as 'London' when not in London at all. Drop shipped straight from China. Any positive review is clearly a fake review. Save your money and just order of Temu or dont bother at all. 1 star simply because I cant give 0. Never used Trustpilot but literally signed up to give this review as was so annoyed.

I contacted the company for an order I had placed over a week ago, because the tracking update hasn't changed from "shipping label created". On the first reply, the company said that they have already shipped my order but the carrier responded the same day, that they have not received the package yet. The explanation from the company was that the package is on their way to the carrier. After an exchange of 3 emails, I still didn't receive any information about where the package is, how to track it, when to expect it. The only answer that the company had to offer was asking for my patience.

Complete scam!

Told me item was being shipped from their UK warehouse, turned up 2 weeks later with an Evri postal label covering the international label.

They are not UK based and neither are their products. They are shipped from China.

Their phone number is based in Texas and they do not answer. Only communication seems to be through email.

Requested refund through bank which I have received.

I believe half of the reviews are fake and even seen ones from the company owner. Most of the website links do not work and does not give any delivery dates when you place an order.

They are a dropshipping company.

They do not make or own the products.

They create an instant postage label with a UK corrier to make you beleive it is coming from the UK.

Dishonest company and wish I looked into it more before placing an order. If I wanted products from China then I would go straight to the source not through a third party.

if you get scammed by them dispute the order/ payment with your bank, they will be able to sort for you

Ordered an item and needed a cancellation because ordered wrong item. Product was getting ready for dispatch but customer service responded promptly and cancelled my order. Great!

Ich habe vor 3 Wochen einen Fahrrad zum günstigen Preis bestellt, seitdem kein Fahrrad und kein Geld, habe mir mit Lastschrift die Zahlung zurück geholt und jetzt habe ich noch eine 4.95 Euro Mahnungsgebühr erhalten. Volle Abzocke diese Ariadne! :(
