Do not buy from this website! The quality of the product I received is incredibly poor and cheap. But the worst part is their return process.
Unlike any normal online store, there is no option on their website to request a return. After endless email exchanges, they finally told me I could return the item—only to drop the catch: I had to ship it back to their warehouse in China at my own expense! The shipping fee to China costs more than the item itself, making a full return completely pointless.
To avoid losing even more money on international shipping, I was basically forced to accept a pathetic 30% refund. This feels like a trap to prevent customers from making returns. Terrible service and misleading practices. Avoid at all costs!

This is a scam. Made in Italy but delivered from China. Waited three weeks. Opened the package and was met with an overwhelming smell of cheap plastic. Straight in the bin as won’t waste my energy on a return

I need my money back asap.
