We originally sat on the market with another agent for 16 weeks. We had maybe 1 or 2 viewings a week where the ‘buyers’ clearly was not interested in our property. We began to lose faith and our new home was slipping away.

Her attention to detail and fastidious approach to gaining client feedback was impressive. Sadly it wasn't the right time for us due to our personal circumstances but we will back to Natalie as soon as we are ready! Thanks again Natalie! :)

Our estate agent had excellent communication and replied quickly to any concerns or queries that we had through throughout the process. On day of completion, we received a lovely gift which we thought was a lovely touch.

Sam (from Lettings) could not have been more helpful in drawing up a new tenancy agreement for my tenant who had had a change of circumstances. I felt very reassured as he talked me through the process which was carried out swiftly and thoroughly.
