Ordered a knotted cot bumper which usually say they take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive to my surprise it arrived within 4 days it goes perfect with my daughters room. High quality very impressed

Crochet Moses Basket

We ordered the crochet Moses basket from The Baby Den in cream and we love it! It was dispatched super quickly (the same day I ordered) and arrived within a few days! It was well packaged and secure. The Moses basket feels brilliant quality and very well made and sturdy. We love the look of it in our sitting room and we can’t wait for the arrival of our little one to get to finally use it!

Beautiful Blanket

I was delighted with the swaddling blanket I bought for my first grandchild. It is so soft and the colour was perfect as shown on the website.
The delivery was fast and well packaged, would certainly order from them agan.

PARCEL NEVER RECEIVED BABY DEN IGNORING THE ISSUE

Ordered a baby nest from this company, cost me £95. The company they use to deliver did not update me of when the item will be delivered. They then delivered it when I wasn’t in and didn’t attempt to leave with any neighbours or leave a card to say where it was. They left it in a busy communal corridor of flats. When I arrived home later it was no where to be found. The issue I have is the Baby Den have been no help at all on resolving the issue they have basically said it’s tough s**t and that I accepted delivery which you can clearly see from the tracking that I never. They sent me a non disclaimer form to fill out which I did and returned it and have heard nothing from them since they are ignoring my emails and blocking me on Instagram and probably after this now Facebook because they don’t want to resolve the issue of the missing parcel so I’m now £100 down as a new first time mum. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the Baby Den !!

Thank you for your review, however I would like to clarify the claims in your review.

Your parcel was delivered to your door and was lost/stolen after the delivery.

Your order was sent using a tracked service and it was photographed at your door. You contacted us 2 hours after it was delivered, sending us a picture of the parcel delivered and confirming it was delivered to your door. So you had the tracking available and you were aware where the parcel was delivered.

We replied to your email promptly, within an hour, in the same moment you opened a dispute with the payment provider. We asked you to check with neighbours first and if not found, to fill in the standard disclaimer form, so we can contact the courier company.

When we then supported you and wanted to file a claim for a lost/stolen parcel, providing the details of the delivery and your signed disclaimer, we were told that the courier company will NOT accept a claim for a parcel that was delivered, that they or us as the seller are not liable for parcels after delivery.

We then explained the situation in detail within our communication on the payment providers website, where you raised the dispute. It was resolved by them in favour of The Baby Den.

Last night, I replied to your email and Instagram message, within moments, we have received an uncontrollable amount of copy-pasted comments under every post on our social media, which didn’t allow us to actually react to these comments and we had no other option to manage the amount of comments.

Chloe, I’m a small business, I replied to your emails, not ignoring you and tried to resolve the situation investigating all possible ways to resolve this. I understand your frustration, this situation is extremely upsetting for me too, as I work hard to deliver the best possible experience.

Brilliant service and updates on delivery.
The changing basket is absolutely gorgeous very well made fabulous colour (beige) well worth the price.
my daughter was so happy to receive this unique gift for her newborn baby.
Would highly recommend this product
