I ordered an 85l Dakine split roller from Backpacker on 12th December and it arrived the next day. Great design easy to spot at the luggage reclaim. It splits into internal zipped sections and is perfect for ski holidays. I’ve been looking for one at a competitive price and from a trusted source for ages.

The package arrived promptly, box was a bit battered but the bag itself was unscathed. Lovely colour and plenty of space. As someone else had said, the zips are a bit sticky around the corners, but seems robust and well made

Great customer service when I accidentally inputted wrong delivery address. Rectified straight away and delivered really quickly. As described.

i ordered a couple rains duffle bags 10 days ago and still haven't arrived. The courier apc is chaotic as well the backpacker company. No one answers the phone. I called 5 times and left message. They only reply to emails and it takes 24 hrs for one reply. I paid £ 304 for bags and it is very bad customer service. I am shocked with my experience so far. If they wont resolve by this weekend I have put the transactions as dispute and i would never buy from them. It is absolute joke

Bag arrived quickly however it’s the customer service, or lack of that I have issue with. Bag significantly reduced 24 hours after purchasing. Asked for the difference refunded. They want me to send it back at my expense for a refund and rebuy but the bag has now mysteriously disappeared off the website leaving me no option but to keep it at the higher price. Just feel massively ripped off.

Fast and efficient service. Item was well described on the site, which is why I bought it from Backpacker. Well packaged, very happy with my new cabin bag.

No problems with service, came when expected and no damage.
The backpack is a Christmas present so can't comment on its use yet. However, I have purchased two Dakine backpacks in the past, one for myself, the other as a gift and they still look as good as new after years of use.

Bought a Dakine split roller suitcase which is very good quality and price. It was very easy to order, and delivered quickly, efficiently and I was kept informed of when it would be delivered within a 2 hr frame on the day. Ordered free delivery Friday, delivered Monday! Would high recommend this company!
