Needed a backpack for four day trip to Krakow…asap…. Went for the Herschel Little America. These guys delivered on time. Quality product as always and fantastic service! Will definitely use this company again in the future.

No Bag , never picks up phone. email says will get back ASAP - but 6 days of silence suggests otherwise. Not bad for a £170 suitcase and no customer service follow up despite my chasing.

UPDATE: And, rather than attempt to deal with the poor service provided, they just flagged my review as fake to trustpilot. Evidence provided to trustpilot of our interaction, definitely a business to avoid!

3 working days to recieve an order placed on a Saturday, paid for next day delivery 1-2 working days.

The bag is as ordered.

Service after payment is a little lacking, emailed regarding this, they stated it's acceptable and falls within their terms of service which includes 1 working day of order processing, literally never seen this before, anywhere else offering 1-2 day deliveries has my items here on the Tuesday if I order Saturday.

Overall, will not use again and would recommend to shop elsewhere if speed and efficiency are required from your order.

I bought an Eastpak Transit’R large suitcase as a gift. They had the colour I wanted in stock and I chose next day delivery for a slightly higher cost and it arrived very quickly. Had no problems with ordering so was very happy all round as was my sister with her new bag. All good.

Really happy with all round service. They had the cabin bag at a very good price. Postage was fairly quick. My suitcase is fab and packaged well and secure. It’s a shame the delivery driver didn’t follow the instructions to leave the case in my enclosed porch but outside in the rain. Fortunately, I got home before any damage caused.

Well made backpack, delivered next day, would highly recommend this company
