No contact from the buyer otherwise we would have clarified the item purchased was on back order as clearly stated on their order confirmation, even if not on back order not even allowed a week for delivery. This is not a review of us or our service/product

Sorry we don’t hand deliver items, this is down to Royal Mail As advised by email which you did not respond to, instead it is easier to leave a cowardly review. Wonder how long you think 2nd class postage should take and maybe you should be discussing this with Royal Mail?
And also maybe next time allow more than a couple of days delivery instead of leaving things to the last minute

Sent emails to discuss but you have not responded instead you just want to leave comments on here? this is not a review of our product or service this is a complaint that should be sent to royal mail. Royal mail website states to allow up to 10 working days so please advise where your 5 day timescales has been collected from, we would have been more than happy to resolve the issue but you did not give us the opportunity
