No update on delivery
Used this company quite a few times in the past but sadly things seem to have changed. Ordered Tuesday morning and still no clue when it will arrive and it's Friday. They state next day delivery on the website and then go on about standard delivery when it all goes wrong. It states Tracked24 everywhere. CS team use scripted responses, no response to follow up emails. Anything shipped Royal Mail I normally always avoid. Will shop elsewhere in the future, they don't seem to care about customer loyalty.

Disappointed I had taken last month a gift box in princess street Edinburgh, it was good with engraving , but when I ordered a gift box with green label with engraving name on it , the name itself not writtened properly in a line and there is no giftbox came with whisky just a whisky bottle with it's cover , totally Disappointed.
