I dont cste if redacted. this team is made of BadA&$ Motherf@&kers. not that any other conpany doesnt have their own Ba@$$. But time and time again Beard club had proven to kboe the K.I.S.S. Principles in place and back quality second to none.

I've been using these products for quite some time, I've definitely noticed the benefits!

Had a withdrawal taken because an accidentally joined a monthly subscription. I reported it and received a quick response. Was given options or full refund. I chose a 30% refund and kept order. Subscription was cancelled with no problems.

This is the first time I have tried to grow out my beard. Took the advice from my brother-in-law. First tired the beard grow oil , next I purchased the Derma Roller. Since than I have purchased Beard Activator , Growth Vitamin Spray , Bread Growth Oil. Like I said looking Good so far!!

They scam you by automatically signing you up for a monthly subscription and then when you catch them in their scam they try to offer you 10% off. Now I will have to pay to ship it back and hope they actually send my money back. Do NOT trust them

I was unaware of my subscription and all of a sudden I get a Paypal invoice for $100 and I was quickly email then and saying that I was not participating in the subscription I just wanted a trial when my first order arrived last month I wasn't even able to use it yet. They refunded me the money in a matter of couple minutes and also the response time for their email was quick and this was at 12:00 at night. I will continue to use beard Club but as stated I haven't even opened the package yet that I received last month.

Amazing customer service. They treat you as a more than just a customer.

Ordered one kit as a Christmas gift and next thing I know, they are sending expensive kits that I didn't order. They say you agree to more just by ordering something. Big scam. Avoid this company

Had a shipping and delivery issue , the team was able to assist me and take action after explaining why I reached out, and told them who it was for , they sent me another free of charge so now my cousin can enjoy his beard club kit too

I made a mistake on my order. I wanted to try the product first, see if I liked it and then sign up for a subscription service if I did. I mistakenly signed up for the subscription. The next shipment was ordered, paid for, and processing. I reached out to customer service about my mistake. They were professional, completely understood and gave me the option to continue with the shipment at a drastically discounted price or refund the order. I chose the latter and the refund was back in my account the same day. I will continue using the Beard Club if for nothing else their professional customer service.

The "Support Team" needs to learn what the word SUPPORT really means! When customers have real medical issue with a product, they should consider it as real and not dismiss it as something ridiculous just because it's outside their 3 day Order Date Notification Window! I am highly allergic to certain ingredients in the Oil which I did not know about because I didn't click "Learn More" on their website with a huge timer counting down the minutes I had left to save 25%!

I reached out to my dermatologist over the weekend who advised me on the following Monday not to use the product on my face. I also take 5000mg's of Biotin daily which promotes Hair & Nail growth naturally; 2.5 times more than what's on the Oil label. I didn't open any of the products or use them, however, got stuck paying for shipping back at $7.11 which they WOULD NOT refund! Million Dollar company and can't afford $7.11 for a customer with a medically proven issue!

If you order any of the Kit Products, BETTER cancel within 3 days of ordering or you'll be stuck too!

I had to return an order and with most company's this is a hassle! But not with The Beard Club they put their customers first and go out of their way to accommodate their customers! Their products work and when you see just how much they care about their customers you will want to continue being a customer for a very long time!

The product does okay at best. But the customer service is some of the worst ive ever seen. i wanted to make a one time purchase to try their stuff out. but instead ended up with a subscription that i cant cancel or get help to cancel.
