There was no pressure. We were allowed to test the different beds/ mattresses without sales pressure but given information when we asked questions.

Terrible experience with Nick and Bed Specialist. Ordered a mattress pad for my mattress. A month later it arrives. I take it out of the box and open the packet to discover it's a single not a king size as requested. Nick was incredibly rude and patronising and refused to help. Be careful with this company.
