Ordered a few items in May. As of this day I haven't received all of them. Unable to contact the company, as the email from their website is not valid. The items I have received are bad quality.

The Bellerose is the worst experience I’ve had with online shopping. It’s a scam and Instagram shouldn’t be promoting this company. I paid $60 and never got my package, I tried emailing them but the email on the website is invalid and they are refusing to give me my refund. Don’t buy!!

Their clothes do not look as they are shown, the material is so cheap, the high waisted skirts are way shorter then what is shown. You will be waiting over month for your items. There email to contact them for a refund doesn't not work, and when you try to contact them on their website, it won't let you type in the captcha code, it will keep saying "invalid code" even if you change the code it will still say invalid code, i wasted $180 on this site. stay away from this site. overpriced low quality.

Worst online shopping experience I ever had. I should have looked for reviews online before buying because it seems I’ve had the same experience as most. Took forever to get to me, no communication, tracking number didn’t work. Finally got my items today about a month later, opened the bags to see the most sad excuses for what they were claiming they sold. Everything was the cheapest quality they could have possibly used. Looked absolutely nothing like what the pictures online looked like. Way larger than advertised, color of everything was completely wrong, material was cheap and horrible. So disgusted that people can scam others the way this website has. Seriously DONT buy from them. Wish I could include pictures. I tried to write a one star review on their website but obviously they’re not gonna approve it to go up on their website. Scaaaaam.

Update: Tried to email them to get a return label to send items back for a refund. Conveniently, their email is now not working and I can’t find a way to contact them. Please don’t buy from this company.

Ordered one floral top I saw on an advert on Instagram, it came 3 weeks later. The shirt did fit but the material is very cheap and doesn’t resemble the photos. But I did like the shirt enough to buy a few more things since shopping in store is a nightmare right now, 3 months ago I ordered 3 dresses and a top. Total of 120.00 plus I paid expedited shipping. Two days later I received an e-mail stating my order was cancelled and I had the option of either a. Store credit b. Refund, I emailed them that I wanted a refund. For two months I sent probably 5 more emails to their customer service to no avail. Finally I was reimbursed, but only 33.00 for one dress. Again, another round of emails for a month, then suddenly they send me an email saying the top has been shipped. It came in the mail today, 3 months after I paid for it. The print and cut is nice enough but the fabric is awful. I’m still out 60 dollars and all I have to show for it is one cheap shirt. Don’t shop here. Nasty Gal has quality clothes for cheap that are true to size and come on time, and everything is constantly on sale. Hit them up (I’m not an employee or ambassador for them)

Ordered over a month ago and have yet to receive my order. Every time I contact them, they give me the same shipping information that I constantly look at and there is no activity or movement with my order. Asked them for a refund and all they told me was to be patient. Warning you now, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Waste of money!

This deserves no stars at all ! This is a scam!!!
I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks and I’ve never even received an email confirmation or tracking info of my package.
I will be filing a claim for a full refund and you guys will have to provide answers to my bank.

SCAM ALERT!!! I wish there was a no star rating! First off they are located in China. Your items, if you ever receive them, will take up to 2 months. We ordered 15 items and only 3 ever showed up. Then they will never issue a refund. And let me not forget the items they send are worthless garbage. I am not kidding. They are clothes you would find in the 99 cents store. STAY AWAY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Scam website. I saw the ad on Facebook. The clothes looked amazing and I spent £270. 2 weeks later I received 2 disgusting silk dresses that I never ordered. They were in a dirty bag with a scrunched up invoice. I have put a claim in with PayPal but they are playing dumb. Really gutted

It’s a scam. I paid for my order on 5/21. Have yet to receive shipping info & you can’t message them on their site.

This website is a scam. NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. Tried several times sending them a message on their website since that’s the only way to contact them but it did not go through. Don’t order anything from here.

Not a legit website or company. Orders never arrived and there is no way on contacting the company.
