We noticed you mentioned not yet seeing results, and we completely understand that everyone wants to see immediate change with any new regime, but at just over one week in, it really is still very early days, and in the first two weeks in general it is too soon to expect meaningful change.

Your gut microbiome needs time to adapt and change to the introduction of new beneficial bacteria, and consistent daily use for at least 12 weeks is where most of our customers really start to notice the difference, so please do stick with it!

For best results, we recommend taking Better Gut either last thing at night or first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Think of it less as a quick fix and more as a part of your daily routine.

Targeted probiotic support is so important during perimenopause and beyond, and we truly hope you start to feel the benefits soon.

Thank you for sharing your feedback – we’re really sorry to hear you’re disappointed.
Our team did respond to your initial enquiry, and while we aim to reply within 24–48 hours (depending on volume), we understand how frustrating delays can feel. We’ve asked the team to prioritise reaching out to you again directly.
In terms of ingredients, we use brown rice flour as a natural bulking agent in Better Night, rather than synthetic alternatives such as silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate. Transparency and product integrity are very important to us.
Regarding returns, as a supplement company we’re unable to accept returns, even if unopened, because once products leave our facility we can’t guarantee the condition upon their return or resell them safely. This policy is in place to protect product quality and customer safety.

As outlined in our terms at the time of purchase, subscription orders need to be paused or cancelled before the cut-off date to prevent the next shipment being sent. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns, particularly for supplements, for safety and hygiene reasons.
