Fantastic quality rug for my Welsh cob. Fits him really nicely. Great communication and service. Would highly recommend.

The only rug I have bought that fits my mare. Love it so much that I have ordered another already!

I found the website easy to navigate and ordering/payment straightforward. The delivery time was excellent.
The rug and neck cover I bought are the best fit for my mare of any other brand and we are both happy with the product!

Great customer service, good quailty product loved how the Rug sat on my Clydesdale nice depth and nice long tailflap to protect hindquarters from elements, was evething it said it was in description, would highly recomend this company for big draft type horses.

Excellent rug. Timely delivery. Tiny bit short but lovely and wide for my big shouldered cob. Would recommend ✔️

Great fit on my mini shire - quick delivery

5 Stars!! Game changer!

Excellent customer service, Gemma was so helpful. Have purchased rugs from them over many years for my old shire horse and never been disappointed with the service and quality of the rugs.

Great fitting rugs for our ponies and super quick delivery.

The rugs were a perfect match, and the team was incredibly supportive in addressing all my inquiries!

Nice quality product

Always come over here for clover and hamish they just fit so perfect being made for shires no more skirt effect rugs whilst turning out fairly priced and great delivery and customer service you couldnt ask for anything else tbh

Prompt service and the under rug is excellent fit and well made

I've been buying BHS rugs for my ISH for quite a few years now. These rugs are brilliant, they are roomy and don't slip, they're so waterproof

To start the item I brought arrived quickly.
What really made my experience great was that I had a small manufacturing issue and the customer service department were great, they replied straight away and offered to pay for the repair on the rug but before I could do that the stitching was coming away on other parts of the rug. I sent photos and they replied how sorry they were and offered to replace the whole rug. They sent the rug straight out to me and this happened when it was Black Friday and they were selling out fast. They are a brilliant company and really care about their customers especially our 4 legged baby’s. Would recommend them to everyone.

Very detailed sizing makes it easier to order the correct size for my horse.
Rug arrived quickly.
Material is strong and well stitched.

My ID now has a stable rug which wide and deep enough and is comfortable and warm and stays in place. Thank you Big Horse Shop Ltd. x

Fantastic rugs… fit both my traditional cobs perfectly!

Haven’t yet received items and have been in touch with customer service asking questions and have been really helpful. Great service

I like that this rug is so deep for my big horse, it doesn't look like a mini skirt. The tail flap is generous. I am very disappointed that rain gets in through the neck and soaks his shoulders. It looks like it fits, so I am surprised this happens. His other rugs (other brands) don't do this. I don't like the Epic velcro fastenings for their neck rugs, I find them too hard to prise apart, so didn't buy one with this rug. Shame.
