I had a pretty profound experience using the product. I initially wanted to just capture my parent’s stories. But after using for an hour I realized I wanted to hear my siblings stories. And I wanted them to hear mine. It was a chance to see them as they want to be seen. And for them to see me as I want to be seen. Its such an incredible gift to understand your family in ways you never did before. Product has a long way to go but what a beautiful world we could be living in if everyone had their story told. It’s what technology should be. Full disclosure: I’ve gotten to know the team and am rooting for them.

Using the biographer felt more like a conversation than an interview . After a while I felt like i was talking with an old friend who knew just what questions to ask to help jog my memory about my past. I found myself eager to get back on the phone to unravel more. Speaking with the biographer, Boswell, enabled me to recreate beautiful memories and memories that would have been forgotten. Now my children will have documented material about the crazy escapades of their mother and father to bring them entertainment for days .. Excited to get back on the phone.

Such a fun way to talk about your life and share it with others. the interviewer is surprisingly quite engaging and the more you talk the more you feel like you can keep talking forever. highly recommend trying it yourself or recommending the app to a family member whose story you want to read

Two of my grandparents passed in quick succession last year, and helping arrange their memorials and handle their affairs really put into perspective how rich and full their lives were and also how little of their life I was party to. Family members tried to create their own version of The Biographer over the years, but in the way it always does... life happened and things fell through the cracks. I wish I had something like this while my grandparents were still around that I could look back on, and I'm gifting this to my parents so we don't keep repeating the same mistakes!
