Lost Customer...
I've shopped with this company on a number of occasions as I trusted the quality of their product... blindly I might add, as I haven't compared the product to other suppliers - yet! However, following a recent enquiry, which was ignored twice, I then received a most arrogant response from somebody called Thomas who stated that "Your previous messages were not responded to as we do not feel the need to have to justify our pricing structure nor business model to anyone", and all because I was asking a genuine question relating to the pricing of their refill pack versus the expensively packaged products (we have all how refill packs are generally cheaper by nature, but not in this instance). I imagine that Thomas is an intellectually vacuous sales person who is disgruntled with his employers and looking to be sacked, although I fear that he may actually be part of the higher management in which case he needs lessons in communication and customer care.
I shan't tick the box below that asks "Let Theblackseedoil know about your review", as why the hell should I communicate with them when they can't be bothered to answer my queries, I'm sure that they'll see it eventually.
I will be seeking alternative products even if I have to import them and then I'll leave another review in due course regarding their product as opposed to their customer care, which is non-existent.
