I ordered a home kit from the blood lab. The kit came quickly and contained clear instructions. Results were issued quickly online. The online portal makes it very clear and easy to understand your results. Scheduled a call with Chris to discuss the results after, he was really helpful in talking through the results, highlighting important numbers and suggesting any health supplements to use going forward. Great customer service and an effortless experience. I will be using the blood lab again in the future.

Very happy with the service from start to finish , not a massive fan of needles but was put at ease when having the blood test , quick turnaround on the results and a great consultation with Chris afterwards taking me through any readings that were an area of concern, good advice given on changes / supplements post results to help correct any issues. 100% will be using the service again.

The woman who took my bloods was very informative. The consultation to discuss my results was concise and to the point. I will definitely be making this a regular check up. Would recommend

Comprehensive from start to finish!
From booking the appointment Becky was fantastic , her knowledge was outstanding and really made me feel relaxed.
Holly was fantastic on the day, I hate needles but it was simple and pain free.
The results were back with 48 hours and I had the consult 1 day after. Dr Chris had a fantastic way of explaining the most complex of subject and was prompt in notifying me to the issues and helping with supplementation to fix the issue.
I can’t wait for my next test to see how I’ve improved !

I left publishing a review for a few weeks so that I could make a rational judgement.
So I opted for the Advanced+ Test, and the doctor was located at a gym about an hours drive away. All this was great. The doctor was lovely and helpful and explained what the process was.
After about a week, the report was published on my website dashboard, all very good and professional. I also booked the follow up consultation online via the website's booking process. The process sends a reminder to your calendar so that it's up to you to call the doctor at the chosen / confirmed time.
I did this but got no response from the mobile number I was given. Not to be deterred, I rescheduled using the same booking system for the week after.
After 5 minutes, the doctor answered, but explained that he did not have time as an emergency had occurred, but he would call me back at a specific time later that day. That specific time came about and no phone call was recieved. About 4 hours later, when the family and I were getting ready for bed, my phone started ringing. Unfortunately I was too busy to answer, although I was free at the originally agreed time he suggested.
I then tried to organise a meeting for a fourth time, booking via the website process as before. Again the reminder came and again I called at the agreed time. But again, there was no answer. About an hour later my phone was blowing up with calls and texts from the doctor. I explained that I could not just take arbitrary calls during the day or night to discuss the results of a blood test. Either I am busy with work or busy with the family, hence the subscribed time slots. So to this day, I have not had my follow up consultation, which i think is a shame and a huge detriment to the service I had recieved up to that point. I feel slightly agrieved that when you pay a days wage for a half hearted service, then others need to know what to expect. I'll be looking for alternative private health care going forward.

Great service! Have now done the in person clinic and also home testing kit. Both very professional services.

Spoke to Dr Collins after both tests and had fantastic service and advice from him.
Second test shows great improvements due to his recommendations of certain supplements and detailed advice.
Very happy!

Can’t recommend this experience highly enough. I went to the blood lab in September and after I got my results, Chris put me on several supplements as many of my results were out of range. I got my bloods done again in January and everything Chris put me on has worked. He’s a genius and the whole company is a pleasure to deal with. I will continue to use going forward.

In fairness to Dr Chris and his team they have since rectified the below issues and customer service, as a business owner myself I know how hard it is and they did do all they can to rectify the problem. Thank you

Worst experience dealing with a company that’s meant to be doing something so important like blood tests. On the day of getting the tests completed there was no specific location sent to attend the clinic. Still waiting two weeks for results (again not acceptable for such an important issue like blood test results), no replies to multiple emails, mobile number to Becky goes to a full mail box, I managed to get the owners number no response from him either. Extremely poor service, stay clear.

After looking at a few different blood testing companies I opted for Blood Lab after a recommendation. Best decision I have made for my health in years.
Full bloods done, after a very simple well explained options of the numerous tests and treatments available.
The booking process is so easy and plenty of clinics across the country. Turned up, made very welcome by a doctor who explained everything to me and even discussed some of the symptoms and advised on certain elements I was experiencing previously.
Aftercare excellent and fully explained the next steps. I’m a technophobe so the Dr even downloaded the Blood Lab app (to access my results) for me!
4 days later received a text saying the results were ready to access. Easy peasy access on the app with a calendar to book your consultation with Dr Chris to discuss my data in depth. Wow I came off that call blown away at how thorough it was and to top it off the report is then updated by DR Chris on what to do to correct any out of range measurements from the bloods. Literally a prescriptive to do list.

Becky ensures everything runs smoothly with appointments, treatments plus on hand for advice on those treatments, suitability etc
All round a total comprehensive service.
I’ve signed up for a package without hesitation because I know what it is to be unwell and not being able to turn to my GP.
These guys are not a substitute, they are better because they understand my lifestyle and help you to be the healthiest you can be and should be, all without judgement. Plus they are always available should you need anything or have any concerns.
What really stands out is how down to earth the whole team is. Plus none of this sits on your medical record. Health and peace of mind.

I was really impressed with the service as a whole. I went for the advanced option and am delighted that I did. I have been provided with a detailed analysis and this has been followed up with a one to one phone appointment with Dr Chris. He explained my results in detail and answered all of my queries. I was never hurried and I felt valued and listened to during the whole consultation. I have been provided with advice that has been specifically tailored to my blood test results and the call ended only when I was ready to hang up. Dr Chris was highly professional but also very pleasant and easy to talk too. Thank you Dr Chris and The Blood Lab team.

Above and beyond, thank you so much to Chris, Becky and the team for giving me a deep understanding of how to better control my health.
