I am so impressed with the service I received. TBOE is a great website to use . we had a video montage made up for my mother's 80th Birthday. They were so helpful , as we had videos arriving late. They were able to add them in and shift them around at no extra cost. They were very efficient at getting back to queries that were raised. I Would definitely recommend them.

TBOE is fantastic! This is the second time I have used the service and both books were great - my daughters loved their books. The hardback book was good quality and I would highly recommend them. Their customer service is also excellent - I had an issue with one of the non-editable pages and they quickly provided me with several alternatives.

I loved it as an idea; the design was interesting, funny and quirky. The production quality is top.
I received the book in time, and it is the PERFECT gift for my brother.

For Sept 2021 I used Book of Everyone for my daughters 18th Birthday. The process and system was very simple to navigate
My daughter was absolute delighted with this life long keepsake.
As was I.
It was fun, warm and affectionate.

I was so impressed that I have also bought her a Christmas gift. ( Dec 2021)
There was a slight hip cup.
But the response to resolve that was speedy and efficient.
Totally professional.
They went ut of their way to resolve the issue even late into the afternoon.
They volunteered to send my package via express delivery rather than my standard option at no extra charge
I will be back again for my sons 16th Birthday in May 2022

My daughter was delighted with the personalised book I bought for her 18th birthday - especially the 'augmented reality' video messages at the end! Her family are spread all over the world, so it made a very poignant & personal keepsake.

I ordered a book for a friends 50th it took under 2weeks from start to delivery(Australia) the customer service was outstanding,all my queries answered,recieved the book today and I couldn’t be happier,it is really good quality also it is worth the extra few dollars to have the video at the end,also update emails on delivery

Excellent book where I could add in my own photos and really make my friends' 40th memorable. Such a unique and quirky idea, loved the content! She was so happy with it. I also appreciated this company really going overboard to check on fast delivery during covid, they were so helpful everyday and letting me know where it was at. This is my first time ordering the book and my daughter loves it. The customer service is amazing, James was very helpful and responded promptly when I have an issue.

I purchased the Book of Everyone through Hard to Find, although all communications are direct with Book of Everyone. In the checkout one important piece of information is not requested and there were follow up messages from Book of Everyone for me to provide it. However I had to look on Hard to Find for the messages, they did not come to my email. By the time I was checking that book was on its way to my friend for their birthday I found the hidden messages. They had not made a serious attempt to contact me even though I had paid for the item. Then it took them a further 3 days to start on my order saying printing takes 3 days. I then followed up on day 4 to make sure it had been sent and it hadn't. Finally sent day 5 after close of business of Australia Post. I paid for express shipping and it still hasn't been delivered now a week after my friend's birthday. Do not recommend this company as there is no customer service and do not keep to their deadlines. Cannot comment on the quality of the book as it still has not shown up.

I’ve used this company on a few occasions now and have always found their customer service to be impeccable. I didn’t realise the video message gift had a time limit on as started it too soon so contacted Theresa and she extended it for me. If I ever need to constant about anything, the response time is so quick. All the gifts I’ve bought and referred others to, the recipients have loved them! Will highly recommend and use again and again and again. Such an amazing gift!

I just found this website very recently on Google and decided to make a 30th book for my best friends birthday. It is AMAZING!! Such good quality and super fast postage (even in Covid!) Easy to use and well priced. Will definitely purchase again!
