I paid £39.99 for a mystery box, that when received, only contained £25 worth of chocolate. I feel completely ripped off, what a scam!!

The chocolate you get in mystery box 1kg is not worth the money. I should have gone to normal supermarket and it would have been cheaper. Feel very let down. Will not be buying again

Just received my mystery box and very disappointed. The pictures on the website definitely to not match what you get. I know it’s a mystery box but you expect it to resemble the pictures that advertise it. Very disappointing definitely will NOT buy anything again from them.

Don’t even know where to start. Ordered from here before, no issues. What a difference a bit of time makes. Ordered a birthday present and 4 Easter presents. Never got a despatch email, but managed to find tracking number from the website.

Evri had my parcel 8 days ago. The day before it started to snow. Did nothing with it, just left it sitting in the warehouse. Nothing happened until the Saturday when it was out for delivery. Was never delivered.

Started communication with TBGC and was asked to wait until this Wednesday before they’d entertain looking at it further.

Kept checking Evri in the meantime, who are actually IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of.

In the end TBGC refunded me (yet to see in the bank). I didn’t want the refund I wanted what I ordered. Offered zero help, and now the tracking is showing as being returned to sender. Have pleaded to send it back to me, even with repaying for the goods again and they’re not interested.

Website been offline for ‘Site Maintenance’ for a week, and their staff have no idea when it’ll be back on. What sort of business operates like this?

Feel utterly let down, and no one prepared to find a solution.

Expect they’ll fold never to be seen again, it’s probably for the best with this type of service. AWFUL!

Ordered last week, in plenty of time for Valentines Day... Then at 0805 on Valentines Day, sent an email with refund saying can not fulfill order.. Well Done Donkey!!!

Fantastic Mystery box at a great price... excellent delivery given that there was a Royal Mail strike.. and bonus a cute cardboard house to put all the goodies in... Thank you guys so much... will definately pass details on to family and friends...

I placed my order on 06/12/22 i still havent recieved it

Took £13.99 from my bank account but order was not processed still sitting in basket! No order confirmed no order gone through but took my money. I have reported this company to my bank for fraud and emailed company I want my money refunded immediately waiting on reply. If not will get my bank to chase for fraud! Don't use this company!

Don't order from this company unless you are prepared to order 2 or more weeks in advance of the special occasion you are buying for. I have finally received a reply from the company and although I appreciate there is a message on the website explaining order MAY be delayed....there is nothing stating that the delay could be up to 2 weeks and they will not issue a refund. So my advice, order at least 2-3 weeks in advance or use a company that uses a courier......otherwise you'll be disappointed 😞

Ordered 2 mystery boxes of chocolate and was extremely disappointed. The free gift was a cardboard house (this is for an adult so that will go straight in the bin) they suggest you get a mug or extra chocolate on their site. They show 2 boxes of dairy milk chocolate and I got a small box of Heroes. The chocolate inside works out half what I paid. (I know it’s a mystery box but I expected better value)

Next day delivery even on my personalised items!

Nothing more than another scam site unfortunatly . I ordered £30 worth of chocolate that i could have got in the supermarket for no more than £6 so i paid £24 for the priverlage of having a poor personalised package put on . They had literally taken a normal bar of dairy milk chocolate and put a personalised paper sleeve on it that was faded and poorly designed over the top and then inflated the price from £1 to £5 for it .shocking ! I wont be caught out again ,lesson learnt !!

Have been left empty-handed, after the company’s courier left my order on the doorstep (without my permission to do so) and it was stolen. I’ve contacted Branded Gift Co twice and have received no response. To add to this, I left a similar 1-star review on their website, which they’ve seemingly declined to publish to the item’s page. Have never experience such awful customer service, particularly given this was a personalised Father’s Day gift! Will not be using again, or recommending to others.

Placed a chocolate box order with personalised name and message on the front of the boxes and I am so happy with the purchase they are Fantastic and the packaging is superb I really recommend this company my niece and nephew will love these and customer service exceptional
