I ordered some books and then got gifted the same set, broken binding were very understanding and I posted back a book set hassle free. Customer service responses were very quick within hours of my email, polite and helpful. I love their books and it was amazing that this was such an easy and speedy resolution.

Customer service is just awful. Every order I’ve ever placed has had issues. Either wrong books received, or arrived damaged. Customer service takes forever to respond. My latest issue is now into its second month because it takes weeks to receive a response to emails. It’s a shame as the books are beautiful, but the CS is so bad I won’t order from them anymore.

Customer service is terrible. Missing part of an order with no response. I appreciate these things happen but communication goes a long way. So lack of it makes the experience not great despite the books being lovely.

Unfortunately I’ve had a bad experience with this company I ordered a book and got the wrong one delivered I thought no problem I’ll just email them as they have no phone number and ask what they would do about it they took a week to get back to me and it has now been 16 days since I first emailed them to get a returns sticker for the parcel I’ve ordered one book from them in the past and everything was smooth but if they can’t keep up with just basic customer support surely they should have more people able to sort out issues like this - hate to post this review as it’s the only one I’ve ever posted for anywhere but it needs to be said.

I have ordered a few times from broken binding and always love receiving my packages! They are packaged so well and it feels like a mini christmas present!

I recently reached out over email to query a delivery date and had a response within 24 hours and they were really helpful.

I have also previous ordered a series with them and they made sure the number edition i got matched for all 3 books.

It really feels like they put so much thought and care about their customers and i cant wait for my next order!

They're growing, so here and there some imperfections happen as they are trying to navigate this new path. Overall, I'm very happy with their products and their service! May take a while for cs to reply but they solved it every time.

I had the fantasy sub for almost a year. I made a huge error in my order of Eragon, but they were kind enough to fix it, despite it being not required and two months having passed. Their customer service is not always the fastest, but very helpful and pleasant. Definitely a recommend for the fantasy sub and the limited books they release.

The best book-only subscription ever. Their books are absolutely gorgeous. The book comes very well packed in beautiful packaging with a specially designed bookmark. Their choices of books are amazing, and they never disappoint.
