During a review of possible research information, I received a report sample of detailed information. After purchase I was delivered two documents that had extremely limited information. After an extra amount of back and forth after payment I was finally delivered an acceptable report. I wasn't sure that they were going to provide me with adequate information as the initial report that was delivered was an excel file with two lines and minimal information.
