I recently bought a Golf from the Car Way and must say I had an exceptional experience. I dealt with Oliver and he was immaculate from start to finish. I drive a hard bargain and he was understanding, talked me through things in layman’s terms (and some complexities too!) and also provided me with coffee, which is crucial for making key decisions such as buying a new vehicle.

I found them on AutoTrader and they let me test drive the car with no questions asked. Oliver made me feel wanted, valued and trusted. There was some minor complications regarding the payment method but again, Oliver’s exemplary flexibility shone through. Although I may have been a potentially difficult customer to deal with, he laughed and smiled courteously throughout. Not in a condescending way but as if he cared about me and wanted me to have the best experience at the Car Way.

I bought the car the following day, and he even put in some fuel for me as a gesture of good will. I would highly recommend buying your next car from the Car Way. The ONLY way is the Car Way!

Great transaction at the start and lovely customer service. However, they did not fulfil the 30-day warranty period as there was something wrong with the odometer. My family and I have emailed, called, and texted - and we have been blatantly ignored; now having to dealing with it myself. It is a shame that something great has turned into this. Would have 100% recommended to friends and family if not for this situation. Disappointing end to my first car experience.
