I have ordered a phone case before 10 days but still there is no response from them, no tracking information or shipping information and the service is very poor if i call them the contact number was switch off or fake ig if still there is no response, refund or cancellation for sure ill raise complaint on customer care…

Ordered almost 2 weeks back. No means to track the order, email address and phone are not reachable. Horrible customer service. Still waiting on delivery.

I ordered 3 cases for about 500rs cause the designs were really cute and for very very affordable prices. I searched up the company after ordering and didn't think I'd receive my order cause of the bad reviews and thought that I got scammed but I still decided to wait and see and they were delivered in 10 days and I'm really happy with all of them. They fit my phone perfectly, look the exact same as advertised and seem pretty durable. Though I'm a bit worried abt protection cause the upper and lower part of the phone (where the charging and earphone point is present)is only partially protected.

⚠️ My Experience with Case Company (Read Before Ordering)
I’m sharing this so others don’t go through the same frustration.
I ordered 3 phone cases from Case Company for my OnePlus Nord CE 5G. The website looked promising — wide variety, unique designs, and strong claims like durability, warranty, and fast delivery. I placed a prepaid order (since COD charges were very high).
Here’s what actually happened:
No proper tracking updates or communication after placing the order
Delivery took 10 days
When I finally received the package, I was excited — but all that went away quickly
👉 The cases were wrong and damaged
I immediately contacted their support:
No response to emails initially
Only after contacting Shiprocket (their delivery partner) did I get any attention
Then they claimed I ordered the wrong model
Their logic was honestly confusing — they said I selected OnePlus Nord CE5G, but should have selected OnePlus Nord CE 5 5G. The naming difference is unclear and misleading on their site.
After multiple emails:
They reluctantly agreed to refund only 1 damaged case
After that, they completely stopped responding again
So now:
No proper resolution
No refund
No accountability
I later checked Trustpilot reviews, and many customers reported similar issues — wrong products, poor support, and refund problems.
💸 ₹798 wasted
⚠️ Final Advice
If you're planning to order from this brand:
Be very careful with product selection
Don’t expect quick customer support
Be cautious with prepaid orders
I’m not here to defame, just sharing my real experience so others can make an informed decision.

Very pathetic covers... not fiteed in mobile..they didn't provide any solution.and not answer about queries.... totally west of money.... irresponsible site I have ever seen.....

Very bad experience! Don't buy .
It's surely a scam. I ordered couple of cases 15 days ago and no sign of it yet.... no message not email or intimation of the order and even if I email the reply comes after days... Very disappointed!!!!!

They accidentally send me the wrong phone cases. Initially I panicked after seeing such bad reviews in here but eventually they rectified this after a couple of emails and send me the right ones. The cases are beautiful and seem of a good quality.

Their 100% refund policy is fake. They don't reply to emails or instagram dms even after two months of continuous attempts to politely ask for the refund, they keep ignoring. My phone cover got damaged just after a few days—while charging the design of the phone cover got crumpled by itself. It's been almost two months but there is no reply to the texts or emails and there is no refund.

The product is horrible. Such a bad printing. You can see the stripes of the printer. I would do better at home. Don't waste your time and money

It's been more than 2 weeks yet the case has not arrived nor any reply from the company. No customer support AT ALL! I do not recommend anyone to order from this site.

Beware of this company, it's a scam. I ordered a phone case to an address in Portugal and never received it. When I complained, they said there was a problem with the address, so when they offered a free voucher to place a new order, I gave them another address, but I still never received the phone case. I asked for a refund, but they say they can't do it.

Beware. Item missing from delivery. As this product comes from abroad and takes ages I requested a refund as a replacement would arrive too late. Customer service is terrible. It’s all automated so no sign of refund. Just endless repetitive emails from a bot. The products themselves are low quality as well.

Case rush is fraud. Prepaid order placed but no status since 15 days. No reply to emails and phone nos are fake. Beware DO NOT ORDER FROM CASE RUSH

The case ordered was around 400 rs - a silicon case with a design print. The cover started peeling in less than a week, and it's just getting words.

Delivery takes a little time due to it being customised and well they’re using delhivery as their partner… I like the cases quality and I’d say it was a nice experience
